Very good hotel that was really clean, in what felt like a very safe area. The room was also very clean and large with a very comfortable bed, good shower etc. The location was good within 10-15 minutes walk of metro stations and near some decent restaurants and it was only a short and cheap taxi ride to the main attractions if you didn’t want to use the metro. The hotel restaurant and bar were also very good - we ate there on our 1st night and food and drinks were very good quality and the service and staff were also very good. The staff on reception were also very friendly and helpful, and several spoke English so there were no communication issues. The hotel is also next door to a bank/atm and a few minutes walk from a good Ucell phone store that we used (staff there were very friendly and helpful) as the queues for phone sims was very long at the airport. This means that if you use the hotel’s airport arrival transfer service you can skip the queues (and higher sim prices) and get your sim and cash once you're at the hotel. Although we arrived too early for check in they also let us store our bags safely so that we could start exploring the city. Very good value stay and we would definitely use again and recommend.

We had booked a suite for 3 adults. So you expect towels, bathrobes, tea cups for 3 people. Except for the extra bed, the suite was made ready only for 2 adults. This is the only thing I found lacking. Rest everything else was good.

We are a family of 3 adults and stayed in their executive suite. It was comfortable and spacious. Appreciate the cab they booked for us on the spot early morning for airport drop. Their restaurant ambience was good. However more vegetarian options are needed.

There are not many food options around the hotel, so you need take the metro or walk to the busy part of town.

The showers have a slight design flaw, which is tried to mitigate by a putting a strip on the floor, but is making it even worse and has water spill into the bathroom. A retrofit of the shower cabins might be a good idea. Breakfast is well done, but choice could be with a little more fresh options like fruit and fresh (greek) yogurts. Also the option for an omelet or fried egg would it make perfect,

Wonderful hotel with very well decor. Friendly and helpful staff. .The executive suit room is very spacious and given privacy for longer stay. The hotel is well maintained and very clean.

It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room - sometimes it was too cold, and other times it was stuffy.

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. It had everything we needed - a kettle, a refrigerator, toiletries, and slippers. The staff was always very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of cold and hot options. And the coffee was not instant!
