We loved this beautiful family running hotel. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. Check in and check out was very convenient and easy. Our room was excellent and super clean. It’s very nice and quite neighbouring even that it is walking distance to all the histocal sites. 15-20 min walk to everything. Breakfast was great. The courtyard was so beautiful and I am sure in summer and later spring, it would be lovely sitting outside there and enjoying cup of tea. We loved everything about it and highly recommending it to all our friends and family. Many thanks to them.

The staff and management were very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than we expected and they were able to put us into our room (in fact they upgraded to a better one to fulfill our request and for free).

A wonderful family hotel with a wonderful young man behind the reception. He knows everything there is to know and is ready to help at any time. Excellent breakfast, neat and quiet room and great staff. All these are the ingredients of our wonderful stay at the hotel. We can only hope to come again. Melisa and Franjo, February 2024.

The design of the room was not exactly to my taste but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast food selection was very good. We were given a map of the area and a good recommendation for the restaurant upon arrival.

Bed are quite firm but apparently in Uzbekistan is a must.

The owner is extremely helpful and kind. The location not very central but anyway at a walking distance from main historical sites. Impeccable cleanliness.

Great place to stay in Samarkand, the rooms are modern, everything is very clean, there's great water pressure in the shower, no issues with hot water, noise isolation is also good. Room cleaning service is provided daily if needed. The breakfast is served in the patio outside, and offers a great choice of national pastries, more traditional pancakes and eggs, fruits, etc. There's water, tea, coffee and juices available. The hotel is at walking distance from Bibi-khanym mosque (20 minutes) but you can also order Yandex taxi (all rides in city center were 1-2€ worth). Everyone at the hotel is extremely nice and accomodating and will help with anything they can, just ask. All in all great place, highly recommend, best hotel we stayed at in Uzbekistan!

One of the best hotels in Samarkand. I arrived a bit early for checking in but was warmly welcomed and use the room straight. The spacious room's cleaness and comfortability, plus bathtub are perfect, just as described with photos (or even better than expected). All amenities are provided. Special common area with nicely decorated design. Breakfast at their beautiful garden was great experience and varieties of food were more than enough. I only wished to stay longer.

The hotel owner is kind, and the stay was very nice. Within 20 mins to key attractions by walk. It is a beautiful and cozy house.

The facility is great. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a highlight with so much to offer. The receptionist gentleman is friendly and helpful, speaking perfect multiple languages including English. The hotel is easy to reach and you can take tram 2 right outside railway station, which is a plus. Overall, the stay is great.
