Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We are very happy to have picked this accommodation. This hotel is run very well by a Russian family; their hospitality is just amazing. It is extremely clean, the decoration is absolutely gorgeous with heavy European influence, amenities-wise it is very good too, and the breakfast is very rich—there is no way you can get hungry with the amount of generous food prepared by them. This is how accommodation should be run, and they know how to do it; you will not regret staying here. The only thing to take note of is that the location is not central, but it's only a few kilometers away. If you drive, perfect; if not, just take a Yandex taxi, which costs only a few dollars.

Homely environment, clean spacious room, tastefully decorated. Personal care and attention by the owners, Ms Irada and her very cute son,Behroze. He was always in attention to render help. Ms Irada went out of her way to help us shop for nuts. The breakfast served was delicious and sumptuous.

United KingdomThe hotel is not in the historic centre, so you need to use a taxi to get back to the hotel, but taxis are not expensive, specially if you use Yandex.
First,we have to say that you to the owners, they were excellent, they did above and beyond to help us, even just for the the hospitality it worth staying there, now about the room, it was like a room in a palace, it was spacious, comfortable bed, coffee and tea making facilities, good air-conditioning, absolutely perfect. Even that the hotel is far from the centre, the owner will help you to get there. As he collected and returned us to the train station. We felt like guests in an Uzbek palace.

The facilities were very clean and it seemed like the building was remodeled recently. The room was spacious and the design was exquisite. Felt like a queen staying there haha. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us with our questions and exchanged USD to UZS at a decent rate. The breakfast was also really good.

Rooms are unbelievable, I have never seen such a big, classical type elegancy, very very clean room. Although the location is 2km away from center, Taxi is very cheap and easly find at everywhere.. (center to hotel costs 15000uzs (~1.5$)). All the people are helpfull and There are also a tourist polices at every corner to help tourists.. Very safe.. jump on carpet of Alaadin's and fly over the history. :)
