It was a big brown beetle in the bathroom in the morning. The payment was requested to be in cash; no receipt.

It's very minimalistic, no hair dryer in the room (but you can borrow one), no water kettle in the room (bit again you can ask to boil the water for you).

Quite comfortable location as it's close to the airport and there is a transfer service. The family which is owning this is super nice and will consider your wishes & help you to orient 😁☺️ many thanks for picking us up at the train station as well!

Staff are very kind and friendly. Room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport (5 minutes by car) and very convenient for transit stay.

Payment is only in cash (UZS, USD or Euro) but didn't get that point clearly during booking. But the hostess was generous enough to drop me at an ATM (3-4 within a 1km walk).

The hosts Farookh and Irina are simply awesome and go out of their way to help (she even dropped me off at an ATM). It has a single floor house like feel rather than a guest house and I would actual call it a home stay. Located in a very quiet residential street just off the main road this is the closest accommodation you can get to the airport. Best for small stays before catching a flight. The room was basic but very comfortable, with linen and basic toiletries provided.

We arrived at midnight. Wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Owners were super friendly and set us up with the room pretty fast. I liked that the bathroom had a good bottle of shampoo!

Would like to pay with card but card payment isn’t really the done thing at Uzbek hotels so not much of a problem!

Did exactly what I needed it to do. provided a comfortable nights sleep before a day spent travelling 7 hours back home. The family running the place were very kind and attentive. They were always looking for ways to make our stay more comfortable which was nice and they spoke very good English.

Eating in the room is not allowed, however there is a dining table on the terrace.

Location was excellent, 5 min driving from the airport and the hotel provides a transfer for extra cost. The room was very quiet and clean. Excellent WiFi.

Some descriptions didn’t exactly match, or were not accurate for the particular room we rented. E.g., we didn’t have things like hand soap in the bathroom or window nets against mosquitoes in the room where we slept. The AC wasn’t the best. I believe for a longer stay this would be a major inconvenience, but for a transit stay this was negligible. Also, it’s not possible to pay by card, only cash, which holds true for most places in Uzbekistan, but I hoped it would be possible at Chinara.

We chose this location because it’s close to the airport, which is what we needed. The owner(s) were very warm & welcoming, nice folks! They also arranged for transportation, which was YUGE! Our very first impression was: “we’re going to be in good care”.

In Uzbekistan, beds are quite ferms but it is not a specifity of this host. So nothing really to dislike.

Proximity to the airport upon arrival The very warm welcome of the hosts and all their helpful indications and advice. I definitely recommend this place if you wish to stay in that area.

Owner of guesthouse was super helpful and upgraded my room (due to availability) to a slightly larger one for free. She assisted with calling the cab in the morning before my flight and really was helpful through and through. Nice room and very clean. Also in a great location for a flight the next day. It is a persons home, so if you want extreme privacy then maybe it isn't for you. But you also should know that going into a Guest house. Never heard any sound from the family living there at all and slept great on the bed. Highly recommended, especially if taking a flight out the next day.

The location is very good. It's very near from the airport, and it takes less than 10 minutes. The facility was good and clean. Home atmosphere was relaxable. The hostess was very kind and attentive. Overall price vs performance ratio was excellent. Strongly recommend to those who are looking for a good place near from the airport.
