Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were very helpful, informative, friendly. The room was clean and got cleaned every day. I also enjoy the breakfast that was included. The location is also very practical as there's the metro station Minor very close by. The WiFi / internet also worked flawlessly.

Czech RepublicEXTREMELY NOISY during the nights. Everything can be heard through the walls. During the nights we heard all the calls from the reception, people talking in the hall and upsatair rooms. It was very uncomfortable. Staff was untrained (everytime I came to reception I had to wait for the receptionists to end watching videos and than they greeted me and assisted me).
Very close to metro, very nice breakfasts.

IndiaG map location misleads to another side of the hotel from where there is no access. During first arrival and next few occasions we had trouble to locate the entrance of the hotel. Taking luggage to 2nd floor through stair case is difficult. We faced this problem in all the five hotels of Uzbekistan.
Breakfast, staff, location were good. Room and linens were clean. Good view from room. Drinking water dispensers in every floor. Room to keep luggage after check out. We came back at 8pm to collect luggage. There was sofas in reception area to spend some time and wash room was available.

AustraliaNone of these things were deal breakers for me but others might want to be aware of: The heater in my room was rather temperamental. There's no lift. The (twin)room might have been rather small for 2 people and the beds are very close together, no bedside table. Lighting is bright/overhead, no lamps or subtle lights. No fridge in room. Floor is carpeted. There was no 'do not disturb' sign for the door. Maybe one is available at reception?
Though close to a main road, the hotel is set back behind apartment blocks so it's quiet and rooms look out onto trees. Metro stop, food options, shops, supermarket and mini market a few minutes walk. I enjoyed daily walks along the nearby river/Japanese Garden, through the old cemetery etc. Bed comfortable (not too hard), adequate storage space. Decent light blocking curtains. Long desk/table in the room so could work on laptop. Some reviews have mentioned electrical sockets only being above the beds; there are some above the desk (you can unplug the TV.) Breakfast was adequate -eggs, breads, savouries, cooked and salad veggies, coffee/tea (and cakes -breakfast fare in these parts :). Kettle provided on request (though no fridge in room) and a hot/cold water dispenser in the hall for refilling bottles, or tea, if you don't want a kettle in your own room. Balcony at the end of the hallway for smokers. Reception 24hrs were always pleasant, spoke adequate English.

ItalyThe hotel is conveniently located. Minor metro station is just walking distance. Just cross the crossroads. On the other side of the street you can find restaurants, local fast food chains and a grocery store. The staff members were nice and in particular I would like to say thanks to Farangiz...the receptionist who patiently gave me all the info I was in need of about how to get to certain places of interest in town.

United KingdomThe man on reception at check out issued our registration forms incorrectly and although we had given plenty of notice we had to wait over 20 minutes for a taxi and in the end he had to flag one down for us and told the driver to go to the wrong destination, meaning we nearly missed our train.
It was close to a metro and restaurants and shops. The room was a good size with good air con and WiFi. The lady on reception was nice and very helpful and the cleaning lady was very sweet and friendly. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

The hotel is located in a small street, not directly facing the main road, which make it very quiet. The metro station "MINOR" is only 5mn by walk. You can find falicities close to the hotel, as mini market, restaurants. It's pretty well located. If you walk after the metro station, you can find western brand and restaurant. The hotel location is convenient. We had a night trip, we arrived very early in the morning around 7am very tired. The reception man manage to find us a room so we could get some rest, he was very helpful and friendly.
