I talked to the landlord and gave some suggestions. Napkins shall be put in rooms. Toilets shall be put in a water pot, muslim style washer.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Great host, very helpful and helped us to complete a very late check-in at almost 11 pm. Superb breakfast and brilliant location, less than 100 meters form Gur-Emir Mausoleum and a few minutes walk from the Registan square. The rooms were very clean and had decent space. It was such a pleasure interacting with the host and staff.

It is a real guesthouse with host living in it and half of the building offered for guests. You feel like at home and all you needs are met immediately. Cleaning is excellent. Breakfasts are served home-style, tasty and variable. The street is quiet and the view is excellent both from 1st and 2nd floor. The host and all the staff are caring and nice.

Beautiful family property exceptionally located in Samarkand ❤️ Had room #6 for 3 nights with a breathtaking view on Amir Timur Mausoleum (3 minutes walk away) it is also a 10 minutes walk from Registan. Meha the owner is such a sweet person, very attentive and helpful. Was searching a driver to go on a one-day trip to Shahrisabz, she found us one the day before which was amazing! The premises were super clean, bed very comfortable with all amenities, great wifi and superb bathroom. The breakfast was homemade (made us omelettes, eggs, crepes), it was hearty and delicious. Thank you Meha for the amazing stay, lots of love from Canada 💙

We enjoyed our short stay at the Crystal Guest House. Very modern facilities, beautiful design, cosy atmosphere and a great view to Gur Emir from our window on the 3rd floor. Navruz was very helpful and kind. We were leaving early and couldn’t have breakfast, so we got the most delicious “matpakke” or breakfast to go, which we really enjoyed. Very high standard of service. Great thanks to our hosts!

The room was very clean and warm, cozy with necessary equipment. The main sightseeing places are within walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Crystal guest house is a really great place to stay in Samarkand. The owner is incredibly hospitable. The facilities are comfortable, clean and cozy. We also got a room with amazing view on one of the city's sightseeings. The breakfast was delicious and made us feel very homely. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Almost perfect as to the expected cost. Only just no BIDET but it's not a big issue for us and the room is on the last floor my friend has having hard time going up and down the stairs.

From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with a warm welcome by the owner of the place and who assisted us where visit. The breakfast is so good especially the pancake so delicious prepared. The cleanliness and comfort of our room exceeded my expectations, and I was particularly impressed with it. The location as well is just a walking distance to the tourist spot in Samarkand.

Great value for money! Its more than just a guesthouse with spacious very clean room, big comfy beds, nice bathroom with complete amenities from robes to bedroom slippers & toiletries. Was a quiet area, no noises can be heard from the streets. We were at the 3rdfloor with a view overlooking Amur temur mausoleum. And Registan square is a 15min walking distance, its mostly near to mausoleums from the guesthouse. The breakfast is fulfilling, esp the pancakes thats freshly prepared by Meha the owner herself, shes so helpful with all my inquires & helped us book an out of town tour. We definitely recommend Crystal guesthouse & come back soon. Thank you! 🙏💙

The guest house location is near Gur Emir and Registan square. The room and bed sheets were clean. It has a cute balcony that oversees one of the most important mausoleum. We got complimentary fruits from the owner itself Meha. She is very nice and helpful. She even helped us in booking a taxi. Breakfast will be served by the owner herself and I love the pancakes! Overall stay was very valuable and worth it.

I love everything.

First of all I loved the hospitality of the hostess Mrs.Meha🥰 She was very kind and polite.Her English was perfect ,so we were very comfortable communicating with her. The room we chose was very bright and clean with all necessary facilities. The view from our room was looking at the famous mausoleum Gur Emir the former king of Persian dynasty The best we loved in this hotel was the delicious russian-uzbek breakfast prepared by Mrs.Meha herself. We have had the pancakes with strawberry jam, some egg scrumbles with veggies and their famous hot bread with their traditional cream which you put on slice of the bread and eat 😋 In conclusion I want to add that I would definitely stay my next visit at this hotel. Highly recommend to feel the atmosphere of this hotel,sure you will never regret👍 Thank you again Meha❤️

Breakfast was exceptional! Location is great, everything within the walking distance. The service and the way they took care of us, it was top notch. The room set up is not like Guest Houses, it’s like 5 star hotels. Will recommend to anyone who wants warm family service with great location.
