The master bedroom AC was not cooling properly.. We didn't care about the daytime as we were mostly out but sleeping in that room became rather uncomfortable until 2 to 3 am when the room would start cooling down. The other bedroom and living room were fine.

The location was great. The staff were very hospitable and attentive. Breakfast was nice but could do with some variety. After a few days it could get repetitive.

Nothing! The only surprise I had was that the bathroom was different to advertised, and didn't have the spa bath. However it had a good shower in a big cubicle so I didn't raise this with them.

Super spacious room, well equipped and very comfortable. Great breakfasts, served in the smart ground floor restaurant. Good location, just along the road from a Metro station. Friendly staff, all able to communicate despite me having only a couple of words of Uzbek and Russian.

Nothing not to like, but given that the accommodation has a kitchen area, it would have been helpful to have a cloth for drying up washed crockery.

Just a one night stay. This is a superbly appointed hotel, with very helpful attentive staff. Breakfast from the extensive menu was delicious and plenty. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay later in my trip.

I went during this unusual cold weather when the temperature hit -20 degrees in Tashkent. There was no hot water in my room. It took at least half an hour for the water to turn somewhat Luke warm in my first day.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is well located with easy access to taxis/ YandexGo and other forms of transportation. There is a small Cafe downstairs: Taste Ozone where you can meet up with a friend or enjoy a snack.

No washing machine - had to use hotel type laundry service. No iron/board in room. Even access to a laundry room would have been better. Some broken items like kettle not replaced. Breakfasts always late, never hot, warm at best. Told new person in kitchen. Breakfast needs improvement. No coffee for breakfast in restaurant for 3 days was poor planning by residence. I would go again despite the negatives, hoping to see an improvement to the standard of all the other apart-hotels I have visited.

Location was fine, 20min from airport. Individually prepared breakfasts. Big rooms. Maid service each day. Front desk staff friendly, try to help although their English v occasionally a little limited. Could be an excellent place if negatives were fixed.

Infrastructure of the business center is not really suitable for the family with the little kids in stroller. However, they are offering a crib and staff always ready to help.

Location was perfect, exactly what I wanted. Staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Manager was very nice, polite and respectful. Resolved the minor issues we had in the right way. Breakfast was decent. Tasty, fresh and healthy.

Breakfast has poor selection, you can have it in the restaurant or in the room ( extra service charge?), air con in the room despite having own control was barely cooling the room, so in a really hot day it does not feel comfortable, no dining options in the vicinity,.

The room was massive and well equipped, the location is very good, 3-4 min to metro station, very comfy bed. Good WiFi. Value for money by Uzbekistan standards.

Location, not far from the metro stations but a bit remote from landmarks. One of the staff from the reception wasn't helpful, gave wring info about the trains to Samarkand

Big, spacious rooms, newly furnished. The building itself is business class level.Very clean. The man from the restaurant was very very helpful and friendly.

We were not notified how the breakfast reservations worked. So we had to go down, wait in the restaurant area until a guy came and told that bfast is to be served in the room and that open buffet is not available.

Breakfast needs some update. When you stay 1-2 night it's ok. But if you live 8 days, you will get tired of very poor selection.

Restricted set menu for breakfast. Not tasty! Uncomfortable beds- very hard- hurting our backs. Very old furniture and building looked like a ghosts house.

It was not particularly very clean in the rooms, missing small things this and that (spoons, sugar), tea and coffee turned out to be "part of the minibar" - for additional money (with no any signs or warnings for that)...
