There was a slight sewage smell from the toilet, which the hosts attempted to fix after being notified. The location is not central, requiring a 20-minute walk to reach the main historic square or a cab ride.

The family guest house had hosts who did their best to accommodate the guests. The room was spacious and well-designed, with homemade bread for breakfast and enjoyable conversations with the host family.

Very beautiful room, nicely decorated and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had a very nice stay. Register square is at 15 min walking distance. The hosts are a very nice and helpful family. I had a wonderful time and felt like at home!

Taxi drivers don't know the street, so needed to walk until guest house and it takes some 15 minutes from Registan square. When we asked to call the yandex, boy requested service fee.

The guest house is family owned, so it was nice that could stay in authentic envoirment. Homemade breakfast and good internet connection.

There are little things that will definitely be improved (the facility was opened a year ago), e.g. a reading lamp on the bedside table would make the room more comfortable. But those are the little things, the whole experience was great.

The location of the house with an inner courtyard, in a quiet part of town, is excellent. No traffic is there, total silence at night. It is an interesting walk to the city center, to Registan, a 21-minute walk according to Google map. The room we chose is very spacious, with a high ceiling and very bright. Blackout curtains provide complete darkness at night. As we like a firm mattress, the bed was ideal for us. Clean, snow-white cotton bed linen and towels. At the end of October, the evenings were cool, so the central heating was already working, but it was not needed at all. Nicely furnished and clean room. Since the mornings were cold, we were served breakfast in the common dining room. Excellent homemade apricot jam. The host family also ate breakfast there. This was great because we could ask for some additional information before exploring the town. I can't praise enough all the support the host gave us: he helped put extra money on the SIM card, helped buy train tickets, called Jandex taxi, advised a great restaurant where we were the only tourists. We arrived late due to plane delays, which was not a problem at all. Honest and kind people that we will never forget. ​

Breakfast could be improved. Also the water is not very hot in the shower. Depends on the day. Seems like it's heated by solar energy. But not a big deal. Overall experience was great.

The place is run by a nice family. It has a very authentic vibe. Kids speak English, so it was easy to communicate. It was spotless clean and quiet. We had a proper rest here. Hot and cold water dispenser in the main hall available for the guests.

The bed was quite hard and breakfast pretty simple, but nothing serious

The hotel location is little far from Registan Square if you want to walk. Anyhow, you can take taxi and fare also not to expensive.

This place is perfect to stay in Samarkand. The whole family is so sweet, helpful and caring, they were there to help with everything and are really interested in the comfort of their guests. Our room was very spacious, everything we needed was there. Food was very good and the location is good as well (you need taxi everythere you go in Samarkand).

Great place, really enjoyed it: - very clean and comfy room with proper heating (it was really cold in the mid of April in Samarkand) - warm atmosphere of wonderful hosts - homemade breakfast was also good - the area around is very safe and quiet - easy to get to the most famous places of Samarkand Our stay was really enjoyable and we will go back with pleasure, thanks Noza and her family!

Hard and relativly narrow bed.

We arrived early in the morning (07:00) owner waited for us, gave as in the moment available room to rest until our room was ready. Offered us transfer from airport for good price 4 USD other asked 10 USD. Asisted us in buying turist SIM card and money change. Asisted us in all our needs. Excellent home cooked specialities. Excellent English. We felt welcome and part of the family!
