Fantastic. Hands down my best hotel experience in Uzbekistan! The hostel itself is beautiful with its courtyard. The Uzbek-style benches and tables were great to hang around and just enjoy the atmosphere in the courtyard. Other travelers were frequently sitting there, reading, on their phones, and striking up conversations. The room itself was good, offered enough space for luggage, had a lockers for valuables. The toilet and bathroom are separate and both clean. The location is very near the old town center, so it's easy to just walk over to see all the sights. The included breakfast was unexpectedly good and enjoyed it each day. Would definitely recommend this hostel when in Bukhara.

The hot water in the shower is weak. We have to do well.

Convenient location near the center. You can taste the atmosphere of the old town. The trees on the gate and the sunlight filtering through the courtyard are nice. The school was nearby and I could feel the atmosphere of living. A clean bed. I stayed for 4 days and had a different menu for breakfast every day and everything was delicious. I was leaving in the middle of the night, but He woke up and called a taxi. It was a good stay. Thank you.

Difficult to find, Google Maps directed two times through closed streets and the building is difficult to identify from outside. We were staying in front of the door, but didn’t knew it, since there was no sign on the door, just one hanging in the air, indicating multiple options.

Great hostel a short walk from the main square. Amazing breakfast. Bathrooms are cleaned daily and all staff is very helpful. The courtyard is such a good place to relax and meet other travelers. The hostel is down a small dark road if you arrive at night but the area is very safe.

If you prefer to have a kitchen on hand I'm not sure if the one at Dervish is for guest use. The dorms are a little dark I suppose.

Beautiful family-run hostel in a courtyard setting, the staff are very friendly and hospitably hand out tea, sweets and a delicious breakfast. Spotlessly clean (although with only three visitors when I stayed that's unsurprising), a wonderful location close to the Kalyon minaret without being on a touristy street and traditional tables which make for a great atmosphere.

The reception guy is so kind. He got up at 3am to call a taxi and walk with me to the main street where the taxi is waiting. Location is in the old town, very convenient to walk around

The best breakfasts I've ever had in a hostel! Everyday it was different and freshly made. So clean, best shower and room slippers for each person. Nicest staff and common area to meet other travelers. Do not hesitate to book the place.

Great location and probably the best hostel I've stayed at in Uzbekistan. All the main sights are walking distance, the breakfast is big and very tasty, the showers have hot water, each bed has its own power socket and the courtyard is a great place to relax with some tea as well. Highly recommended!

It was slightly inconvenient that I couldn’t pay by credit card and could only do cash. But since I was only staying a couple nights, it wasn’t that big of a deal.

The bed was the comfiest bed of any hostel I’ve stayed in. It was such a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The bathroom was spotless, very clean. The breakfast is delicious. And the hosts are very accommodating and thoughtful. The location is also fantastic as it is close to all the main attraction but just a few blocks away so it is quiet. The courtyard is also lovely. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

I really like the facilities cleanness, hotel owner wazira and her daughter kamila they are very polite and cooperative with their guest I truly appreciate their support and service. I would like to mention that hostel is just 7 to 10 minutes walk distance to all monuments and attractions. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to visit bukhara. 😊

The shower in the female dorm should be installed with a holder. Most girls are with long hair and it’s really inconvenient when u have to hold the shower on one hand and wash your hair with another.

Rooms are big and cozy, beds super comfy and full of plugs. The bathroom is super clean and well organized. The lady who runs the place is gifted of an extraordinary kindness. Tea is offered at every hour. The best part is the patio full of the traditional Uzbek table where to chill and to meet other extraordinary travelers full of stories. Wi-Fi is fast, position is great.

Really great place to stay in bukhara. Beautiful courtyard, the cleanest facilities ever, super helpful owners of the hostel who ordered a taxi for me and waited with me at 4:30am! Very spacious, amazing breakfasts, tea and comfortable space to hang out and chat with others
