We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWell... nothing compared to all the good things! One of the curtains couldn't close. For us not so much of an issue. The bathroom had some problems. The shower curtain was a little short, so the bathroom floor became wet. The bathroom - by the way very clean! - has an extractionsystem, but the bathroom remained a bit damp.
Absolute value for money. Impossible not to start with naming our sweet host! She was so welcoming, interested and hospitable. We arrived at 22.00 but received a warm welcome and also tea, coffee and treats (even fresh cherries!) The room was really big, beds were comfy and everything clean! Our room had perfect views on the Gur-Timur. At night perfectly quiet. Breakfast was lovely, varied and enough for the rest of the day!

United StatesWe stayed at the Dilnura Hotel four nights and would highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and cheerful. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location couldn't be better - a 10-minute walk from The Registan as well as the European quarter. Most importantly, it's yards away from the entrance of the Gur-i Emir (Tamerlane's mausoleum). The view from our room was out of this world. From the moment we arrived, the owners, Dilbar and Rahmon, were very welcoming, nice and always helpful. They offered to help with tours and transportation. Dilbar always has a smile on her face and speaks good English. She brought us cake for her son's birthday and everyday a tray with afternoon tea, fruits and light snacks which we enjoyed in the bay window sitting area of our room watching the turquoise dome of the Gur-i Emir reflect the sun. We'd go back!

The extremely hospitable hostess who made us feel at home from the minute we stepped into the hotel. The location is excellent, just steps away from Gur Amir and about 10 mins walk to the Registan. The room was spacious and clean. The front rooms have views to the Gur but ours was not one of them. We had welcome snacks which contained a plate of strawberries. Breakfast was phenomenal with many varieties of food on offer. We had to leave early and the hostess made a point to give us breakfast 1.5hrs early. We really appreciate her warmth and kindness and heartily recommend this place.

United Arab EmiratesThe host was an amazing lady. She prepared excellent breakfast, assisted in airport pickup, suggesting where to eat out, arranged a person who drove us around for a day tour. Her son and she were great. The host is available round the clock to assist. They arranged taxi as well to drop us at airport on return. The place is accessible to Registan square by 10 minute walk. The Gur Amir is just at the lobby. There is a post office next door and you can change your currency there. The post office person was very helpful as well. There is a small shop next door and you can get mineral water etc. Unless you are looking for a 5star hotel stay don't think twice. Just go and enjoy your stay here. The rooms are in ground level and first level. The access to first level has a small flight of stairs only and should be doable for elders as well. The rooms are spacious and clean, hot water is available. The room had windows. They gave us early checkin and also offered some snacks and tea when we arrived. Thank you Hotel Dilnura.
