The only recommendation I would make is to install doors in the showers. That way the floor wont get wet, which was somewhat of a hassle.

The rooms were excellent. The pool and spa were clean and tidy. The staff was superb. Mahmut from the reception was incredibly attentive to our every need, very humble and spoke English incredibly well. He was awesome! We will be back for one more night, in a few days. Looking forward to it.

Location is outside center. though quite close to airport if that is important. also rooms that face the main street are quite loud as sound proofing is not that strong for when the cars pass by

The small swimming pool was icy cold 🥶.

Beautiful building, not too big, delicious tea and sweets/nuts always available in the lobby. Super helpful and polite staff. Very comfortable bed. Very, very clean. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Eggs or omelettes made to order. Good steam room.

It is a new hotel and everything is well-designed and works perfectly! Staff members are polite and friendly, but there was no interaction since there were no points to clarify from my side. All in all a good experience and surprise.

The building and its facilities were top-notch, as it is new and in some Italian/Liberty style. The rooms, the spa area and the lobby are very nice and very comfortable. The breakfast is, as many before have said, outstanding. I myself stayed in this hotel twice. I would like to point out that receptionists were very helpful and committed to their work. They helped me with every little issue there was. Thanks especially to Mr. Uchqun and Mr. Anwar (receptionists).

My choice was a good one for the beautiful and upscale hotel. The transportation service from the airport was free of charge & on time staff and their cooperation were very nice. I would like to especially thank Mr. Jamshed for his good cooperation with us and he provided me with an alternative room suite in terms of size.
