United Arab EmiratesOn the information about the hotel it said that they offer bike rides and when we got there there were no bikes when we asked about this. So maybe the hotel can remove that information from the information about the hotel so that we do not expect to have bike rides an an activity while there when infact, there are no bike rides.
The hotel has amazing staff that are very friendly and helpful. They assisted me upon arrival with so much courtesy and warmth. They showed me my room and when I got there, to my surprise I had a room upgrade. I found a welcome note as I got there, the room was soon clean with sufficient space, welcome fruits and water. Robes, slippers and toiletries. 24hr client and restaurant service. When my partner arrived at midnight, we were helped with the bags up to the room. Spacious shower. Unfortunately I was not hungry Saturday night so I only tried out their soup from the restaurant which was out of this world. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, we wanted to eat everything but the tummies could not allow 🤣🤣 Check in and checkout was easy and flawless. The bonus is that all staff are proficient English speakers so it makes it easy to ask for help and communicate. The garden is amazing. Nice chilled environment where one can sit, shut out the world and reflect.

I need to point out the variety of options they offered left me spoiled for choice. From freshly baked pastries to deliciously cooked eggs, they truly know how to start your day on the right note. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the food were top-notch. The staff at the breakfast room was always friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest had a pleasant dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the wide selection of fresh fruits and juices that were available. However, I believe that to make the stay even more enjoyable, Green Park Hotel should consider installing a coffee machine. While they did offer an instant coffee at breakfast, having a machine would give guests the convenience of having a hot cup of coffee every morning they desire. Overall, I highly recommend Green Park Hotel for their amazing location. With the addition of a coffee machine, it would certainly enhance the overall stay and make it an even more memorable experience.

The hotel is in a very good and quite location so it feels peaceful after your long day. It is very near to airport. The staff here is EXTRA helpful and very good. Though they have a wide range of breakfast but as I am a vegetarian so they arranged a sandwich for me everyday. They also helped us to book taxis and talk to the drivers when needed. Check-in check-out formalities were very easy too.

And the most important is that after breakfast, the restaurant will be closed, you cannot order something in your room, or if you arrived at the hotel afternoon, you will stay hungry. For a such kind of hotel as 4 stars, it is the missing point.
I stayed in a suite room, it was an amicable, sound-designed room, TV was good because there are youtube and Netflix, very clean, and worm because it was winter.
