It was a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice. She helps us to find a dentist after a toothache. And she let us use her kitchen.

Very friendly and helpful family. The B&B is in a perfect location in the old city far enough away from the action to be very quiet and peaceful at all times. Super breakfast. We had a tour of the desert fortresses with them. If I'm ever back in Khiva this would be my number one option.

Perfectly located to explore the old town. Within walking distance to the train station. We were offered tea and snacks throughout our stay. Very generous breakfast. We loved the terrace and the view. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Everything is perfect

All is PERFECT!! The house is more beautiful than Pictures. Room is clean and comfortable, and the host is very welcoming. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the host also prepared afternoon tea. We had lunch in the living room and the plov tasted amazing! I will definitely come back here again if I have the chance!

The host was very friendly and communicative. He helped us organize a trip to the fortresses in the Urgench area that met all our needs. Breakfast was decent and tasteful, rooms cozy. The guest house is situated in a quiet area of the inner old town, a perfect location for exploration of the city.

Very comfortable, nice area to lounge on the terrace. Easy to walk to from the station (around 20 mins), and a really short stroll into the heart of the old town. We arrived very early because of the train and we were able to leave our bags and have a coffee, before returning when our room was available. I would recommend this B&B!

We can definitely recommend to stay at this guess house when in Khiva The family who is hosting is really welcoming and does everything to make you feel home. They helped us to organize a taxi from the airport or a tour to the fortresses. The homemade breakfast was outstanding and the location within the old city it perfect.

Thank you for such a marvellous stay in Khiva! The hosts are very nice people, helped to exchange money, book a taxi, get around the town etc . They also told us about the town, Uzbek customs, traditions and lifestyle. It was extremely interesting. Breakfast was also good, everything homemade. Nice terrace to chill, work or have a cup of tea. The rooms are clean are warm.

Staff were wonderful. Welcoming family atmosphere. Pot of tea with sweets was offered whenever we were hanging around. Terrace area was nice and had a bit of a passing breeze. They accommodated our changing dates without complaint. High recommendation.

We had a great three-day stay in Khiva. The location of the guesthouse is great. The freshly prepared breakfast and afternoon tea with sweets or other were very tasty. The whole family is very sweet and attentive. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

great location! inside old town, in a quite residential area but not far from most of the tourist attractions. The family is super kind. the younger son Nurik speaks good English. He helped us to arrange one-day tour and provide useful travel tips. The breakfast was amazing, it’s all fresh made by the mom. We stayed there for 5 nights. The last day we asked Nurik if his mom can teach us how to cook, we had a exclusive cooking class with his mom and Nurik translated for us. The room is tidy for sure. Staying here is the best experience during my 14-day trip in Uzbekistan.
