Very kind hosts. Guest house is in the centre of the old town. Everything can be reached within 2-3 minutes of walking. Taxi from the train station costs 15.000-20.000 soms. Communication via translation app with the hosts is easy :) Perfect stay!

The location is excellent for exploring Khiva. It is an excellent guest house with a great garden/outdoor space. Breakfast was great. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Despite limited English spoken, google translate worked well and we never had any issues at all.

Nothing is, everything easy and the owner is cooperative, During winter all flowers die, so I can't flower at his guest house

The first experience ......Suddenly my daughter got sick, her body was very hot and feeling cold. I told Mr Bahtiar the owner of the guest house. He immediately responded do you need a doctor? Within 5 minutes ambulance came with 3 personal Another one is that his wife makes breath manually. We are together to make breath. Very interested.

We really enjoyed our stay at the guest house. The location was prefect and the room had a good size. The host was super friendly. He asked what we would like for breakfast and we were able to choose the time. He also helped us a lot with arranging our further trip. Even though we had to communicate via Google translate, we laughed a lot together. We can fully recommend this place!

There were some ants in the room. I know in an old city this can be expected but it is the one thing that made our stay less than a 10. That being said I would happily stay again.

We had the best time and the hosts were really wonderful. They served a lovely breakfast and even drove us from Nukus to Khiva showing us the many Kala’s along the way for a very good price. We ended up staying one extra night!

First of all, I love the garden. For that eye-soothing greenery, it looks like an oasis among all the same-colored houses of Ichana Kala. The property is super-clean with all basic facilities and delicious breakfast. The owner is a very friendly person. He does not know English, but he is always ready to help his guests with the help of google translator. This is one of our best stays in Uzbekistan.

The owner was very kind and friendly and even with language barrier we always managed to communicate (thank you, Google translate). He was so friendly to make us a special breakfast due to my dietary restrictions and offered to call us a transfer from and to the trains station as well as helped us with tours and day trips. It’s all about the small gestures. When he went out the other night, he let us know so that we can always message him whenever needed. That was very attentive.

No electric kettle in the room.

Awesome location. Right in the middle of Khiva. All attractions are within walking distance. Teresa restaurant is 300 away. The aircon and heater are working fine. Clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast. The owner was very helpful. He picked us up from the Turtugal railway station which was 70+ km away from Khiva, at 4 am. They also arranged our drop back to the Khiva railway station.

This family-run hotel felt like a second home. The family's warmth and hospitality were exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, and it was more like staying with relatives. The delicious breakfast and the lovely garden for outdoor seating added to the charm. Highly recommended for a heartfelt and welcoming experience!
