Everything is great ! It's close to the old city and many restaurants, both touristic and local ones. The host is very friendly and helpful, the guesthouse is decorated very nicely, which gives everyone a great experience. The breakfast is a highlight, with well-prepared food, and self-serviced drink.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and the room I spotlessly clean. We arrived at 10am and we were allowed the check in. The breakfast is also delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything. Ideal location. Tasty filling and customised breakfast and they allowed us to use their kitchen to cook our dinner too. It's a small family run place with four rooms. Has the comfort of hotel and feeling at home

Everything was perfect!

We had a very pleasant stay at this guesthouse run by most kind and welcoming staff. The breakfast was especially delicious and prepared every morning with love in beautiful dishes. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is right next to all the beautiful buildings we came to see as well as restaurants, cafes and shops. However the place is very quiet, calm and peaceful during day and night. We enjoyed it so much and recommend the place to everyone.

Very nice guest house, the room is clean, 5 minutes walk from the center. The hotel has a courtyard where you can sit. The breakfast is excellent. I really recommend it.

The guest house is in the old town close to all sights. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff was attentive and very polite. Breakfast was tasteful and gluten free option was prepared for my girlfriend - much appreciated! The room was clean and WiFi was working perfectly. Overal, nice value for money and I recommend this accommodation.

We spent five nights here and felt like at home. The family owning and running this guesthouse is super friendly and lovely. The room was really clean and the breakfast was so delicious!Everyday there were handmade pastries! Location was also really good. Thanks a lot!

Owner and his family very friendly and welcoming. Location really quiet with a yard and closed to main attractions (5 minutes). A perfect cleaned room. Hot and cold water for free, kitchen available to guests. The owner offered to drive me to the railway station. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were so clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are so accommodating to your needs and very helpful. The location is near most of the main sights also. If you are having doubts about this place, don't! You will not regret it.

Perhaps more toiletries would have been nice - we had a very small bar of soap (no shower gel) and two small sachets of shampoo for two of us over two days and when it's 40 degrees C you need to shower alot !

5 mins walk from Lyubi Haus so plenty of restaurants nearby. Approx. 15 mins walk to Poi Kalyon. Best breakfast we had of all the places we stayed in Uzbekistan No English spoken (or very basic) so all communication done by audio translate into their phones but this worked fine Basic facilities but what I expected for the price and the room was larger than expected and comfortable Hosts welcoming and friendly. It's a small guesthouse with only a few rooms and the family live on the premises.
