There is a construction work in the front of the guesthouse which distracted us to access the guest house.

SeasonS provides pickup at train station; this is very useful especially for the fist-time visitor in Samarkand. The guesthouse is very near to Registan square. We can early-check in because our room has been ready on that time. Staying in this guest house make us can interact with other guests, this is other positive point, for exchange information and experience among the guests. Mr. Aziz the owner of the Seasons provided us with some information related to places to visit in Samarkand, thi s really helpful.

Our room, clean but dark & dated, but as did not spend much time in our room it was manageable.

Family run establishment, who were super friendly and very responsive & helpful. Location was very good, central courtyard was lovely space for breakfast. Transfer to from train/ airport stations was superb inclusion

Awesome and very friendly owner of the place, helped and provided with the transfer. We did store our luggage since, we have arrived earlier, enjoyed open space of the guest house with the tasty coffee and teas. Location is very close the Registan and old city sites. We have enjoyed our time and will return hopefully in the future.

A bit difficult for the taxi to find the right spot, need to follow the written signals in the street.

The host of the guest house is super friendly, he gave us a ride to the train station the day we were leaving and lots of suggestion to wander around the city. Location is less than 10 min walking from Registan Sq. The area around is a quite popular neighborhood, but very safe. Breakfast very tasty and in big quantity. There is also the possibility to use the common kitchen (we didn't do it). Nice outside area to chill out after all day walking around.

Hard to find bad things. It was not possible to lock the window, but still it was possible to close it. There were some maintenence works going on to enlarge the b&b, but there was no noise at night/early morning. Breakfast was good but it could be more various

Position is very close to Registan but out of traffic and chaos. Very silent area with a nice courtyard where to relax and have a tea or coffee. Staff is friendly, speaks english. They are not pushy but when you ask for something they do it asap. Free transfer to airport is a very nice plus

Located within walking distance from Registance Square, it was convenient for sightseeing. Security is solid, heating equipment and water facilities are available. The best thing was that the owner was kind. He delayed my checkout to match my train time, took me to the station for free, and even lent me a SIM card. They can speak English, I was able to talk with them and learn a lot about the local area. I'd like to come back here next time I come again and recommend it to everyone.

Very well located, clean and spacious. The host Aziz and his son were both extremely welcoming and helpful. Small guest house with a few rooms, really makes you feel like you are staying with someone local - would recommend!

Too hot, air conditioning is old, noisy and pretty inefficient. The mattress was really hard, but that did not disturb me much.

As a guesthouse, this an excellent accommodation. Very close to Registan - 6-7 minutes of walk. But not easy to find when one arrives for the first time to the town… and taxi drivers are trying to cheat you about distance… The owner put indications in the street but that does not help much. The room is big enough, clean. Bathroom is very good. And the garden is excellent to sit, read or have breakfast (very good by the way). But by far the best is Hurshid, the owner, who is nice, friendly and ready to help any moment. His son Bekzod as well…

This guesthouse is amazing. Very close to the center, calm, silent and very clean. It has a nice courtyard. Khurshid is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of tips and helped us a lot. If I return to Samarkand I will stay at this guesthouse again.

This family run guest house is a great place to stay in Samarkand. It is in the proximity of the most important sites and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. The courtyard is a great place to hang around and the room was comfortable and clean. The owner is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is abundant and tasty; and wifi is quick. Absolutely recommended!

It was my last day in Uzbekistan which luckily I have chosen this guesthouse. It is located in the most convenient location Registan and many of the sight seeing spots are within walking distant. The room seems to be newly built or fully renovated. It is very clean. Even the toilet papers are of higher quality than other hotels/guesthouses I stayed. I really feel the host treated me as a guest! not just a customer. It left good memory and hospitality of Uzbek people during my trip. Since we has a day trip to Taskent and the host even offered us an early breakfast at 7am. I highly recommend this guest house without reservation.
