In a quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to restos, bus stop & about 7 minutes on foot to Chorsu bazaar & metro. Room is comfy & with fast wifi. Owner & staff are all nice & helpful. Clean premises. Hearty breakfast served in the courtyard which enables chats & exchanges with other guests. Very good price for all that the guesthouse offers. This is highly recommended.

We had to move on!

Gulnara Guesthouse is our Utopia! We have been backpacking for holidays for a long time taking just 7 kg backpacks. Gulnara is as good as it gets! The owner Ravshan, helped us decide where to visit by train in the east of the country besides the classic cities: Kokand and Termez on the Afghan border.

I stayed there many nights. The owner and his family are very nice and very helpfull. The room was big and clean. The breakfast is great and when the weather allows it you can enjoy outside to rest. It is conveniently located between Chorsu and Tinclik’subway and not very far from the airport by taxi. It made my stay in Tashkent very nice.

The fact that it was fully booked and couldn't extend my stay longer .

It's like sleeping at your grandma's home! The vibe you get the moment you enter the guesthouse is so warm! They are a nice family who are kind and generous and will do all that they can to make your stay comfortable. The courtyard reminded me of my old family house, the trees, the seating, the nice weather, the smell of the fried eggs, and tea. It was so amazing that it brought childhood memories to me. The room was spacious and nice. You can smell how clean the place is. Book the place with closed eyes, there's nothing not to like, the location is superb, the place is nice and comfortable, the hosts speak good English and very helpful and you will have the feeling of being with family.

The water dispenser didn't have hot water.

Great location near Chorsu Bazaar, and between Chorsu and Tinchlik metro stations. There's a water dispenser in the courtyard where I filled up my water bottle. This eliminates the need to purchase plastic mineral bottles. The owner helped me exchange USD to UZS at market rate and helped call for a taxi to the airport. I would certainly stay here again.

Location very close to Chorsu Bazaar (and metro). Friendly staff, offering tea on arrival and a nice, if simple, breakfast. Room was fine.

The breakfast was just adequate.

The host Ravshan was very competent and welcomed us with a big smile. He was prompt to accede to our requests and helped us with getting a transport to the airport/changing money. The room was clean and quiet, exactly as how I wanted. The location is good, about 7 mins to the Chorsu metro. Supermarket nearby too.

Excellent Breakfast, Excellent Location and very neat and clean. But there is no 24 hour front desk as they mentioned in the booking. I stuck in front of the main door for 20 minutes, which were closed in the early morning at 2am. Luckly i got the contact number of the manager. Other than this, the facilities are excellent.

What do you for a hotel where they treat you as family? Home? Excellent service by Mr. Ravsham and his family. They have been so warm and welcoming. The guest house is walking distance to Chorsu Bazaar. We arranged for an airport pickup.. It was Mr. Ravsham who came to pick us up. This is better than a 4 star hotel. We had 3 rooms. One of the rooms was a bit on the smaller side ... If you want to experience old style hospitality ... Gulnara is the place to be. Mr. Ravsham's mother herself prepares breakfast! Plenty of hot water to bathe. Once again thank you to the family.
