Stuff is very friendly and helpful. They gave suggestions about how to get around and made all required registration documents right away. The location is in the proximity (10 min walk) to the USA embassy. During my stay the outside temperature was +35 C and having nicely functioning AC was great.

It's a pity the coffee was instant.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The rooms are nice and clean. In the morning they offered quite a decent breakfast. The location was as convenient as possible for us, since we came to the Embassy. The hotel has a small but convenient parking space. But the biggest plus was the hotel staff: they was as friendly as possible, always ready to help in any matter, very pleasant and lovely people! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

There was a bit of a smell in the room. On my last day of stay, there was a new guest in the neighboring room and I think he was smoking in a room and it was smelling very bad with cigarettes' in the bathroom. Great location if you are here for the US Embassy appointment.

I wish the hotel had an elevator - making to the 3-rd floor is a challenge for disabled people. But the staff moved me to the first floor as soon as possible, so it was not a big deal. I ramp for a wheelchair would be a plus.

This is probably the best deal for the money. Very affordable and good quality hotel, I spent 3 weeks there. The staff was the best part of the stay - always willing to help, and always making an extra effort. I really thankful to them.

Bathroom had a musty smell that was quite strong, even though it was very clean. It is probably something to do with the plumbing. Also, the carpet needs cleaning.

If i am in this area, i would stay here again. The hotel is fairly new and well-built. Great shower and very clean. Comfortable room. Breakfast was adequate. The staff if very helpful and nice. Beds are hard, but that is typical for here.

I do not recommend anyone to stay in this property. Reception guy attempted to deceive my wife and tried to get more money. First day we paid whole payment and at check out reception said us that our 2 dollars need to exchanged without any reason. There is no online payment chance and when my wife offered to pay with Russian ruble, he tried to deceive us with different currency rate and get 20$ instead of 2$. And I just tried to send him 2$ from outside of country and he claimed us to get more instead of bank fee which does not even have any fee.

The sound insulation is not a strong part of the hotel. There was a couple in the other room that were arguing amid of night. The woman shouted and cried so loud that it was impossible to sleep. But when I asked the staff to calm the couple they calmed down the couple and the rest of the night was good.

We stayed a couple of days in the hotel. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location is also fine: there are several cafes and a bank just next to it. They serve a good breakfast.
