Absolutely nothing.

This is an excellent little guest house and as good as it gets for budget accommodation. Quite small and “no frills” but providing great quality of accommodation. We had booked a twin room but were given a quadruple which was very spacious. Everything was neat, tidy and absolutely spotlessly clean. The bathroom sparkled so much you almost needed sunglasses. The bedlinen and towels were immaculate and very good quality. The location is brilliant, in a backstreet just a short walk from the centre of Old Bukhara and very quiet. Breakfast was fairly traditional and very varied with an almost endless supply of offerings that changed from day to day. Most of all, the staff, Mexri, Abdulaziz and Kamron, were the friendliest and most helpful people you could wish to meet.

The room cleaning was not every day but I did not need it, anyway, as I was staying only for 2 nights. I am sure, this could be talked over with the owner.

I like how clean and hotel-looking the room was. The bedsheets and towels were crystal white and clean. The bathroom was quite large and very comfortable. The hotel is very cozy with the service of an excellent hotel. The room is equipped with an air conditioner, a radiator, an electric kettle and an electric tea pot, the fly net for the windows. I recommend this hotel 100 % !

Everything was perfect

Khalima hotel is located in the heart of Bukhara, walking distance from all the main attractions. Wonderful hosts, all are very friendly and sweet. Excellent checkin and checkout process. Rooms are very clean, they exceeded my expectations. Amazing breakfast. It was a pleasant stay on the whole. Highly recommended.

The bed mattresses were caving in. We had started developing a backache by the time we left after 3 nights. Also, the bathroom is 3 stairs down from the room level which is a little inconvenient and maybe dangerous if you're not careful.

Great location. Walkable from most of the historical monuments and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Great hosts too. When the lady in-charge figured that my wife didn't eat meat, she automatically increased vegetarian options in the breakfast the following days. She also helped us in heating food that we carried with us and gave us medicine when we had a minor health issue. And there's always someone at the reception. WiFi is also decent.

The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Also the bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is really tasty and fresh and prepared differently every day by the owner which is served in the atrium of the house. The best part of this accomodation is location as it is near Lyabi Haus pond and walking distance to other sights in the city. Also the reception is available 24/7.

The location of the property is down a pedestrian alley/street which can be a little tricky to find the first time. But once you checkin it’s very convenient and quiet location which is however still close to cafes, restaurants, shops and historical sites. Everything you want to do is within convenient walking distance. Slight communication issue for English speakers with staff. Was surprised that payment could not be made by credit card - cash only and in local currency not USD.

Conveniently located near a great place (Lyabi Khause - which is a mini oasis with fountains surrounded by historical building, cafes, shops and restaurants) to hang out during the day and in particular the evening/night. The property is close to restaurants, cafes and shops.

Pick up wasn't arranged (the date of arrival was overlooked/misunderstood by the hotel staff). When called at night to the Hotel with the query about pick up, they haven't offered to arrange it after our call either. Instead, we were asked to arrange our transfer to the Hotel by ourselves, since it would take them time to look for a cab. That wasn't very comfy since we arrived in the middle of the night and had no clue about local taxi services. It was surprising to learn that we couldn't pay by card, only cash, after our arrival. At the end agreed to use local app to transfer the payment from the card. Looks like the bedlinen is made from synthetics...

Overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is very convenient, next to Lyabi Khauz, and the cab could drive next to the Hotel door (despite the narrow streets). Breakfast was much more than we expected to have for a breakfast (but this depends on individual requirements) - for us it was amazing and very tasty. Pleasant staff / owners of the Guesthouse. The building is new, so are the rooms and facilities. The room was warm and hot water was there as well.
