A beautiful family owned guesthouse with in the old city, easy walk to all the tourist sites. It was lovely to be within a family home, great breakfasts, good washing service, we really enjoyed our three night stay.

This a great place to stay in Khiva. Is inside the old city and in few minutes walk you arrive in every place. The room is very clean, the bathroom is ok. The breakfast is delicious and the host is very kind. Very reccomended place.

Except for the bathroom that had a leaking problem, i don't think there is something we didn't like.

Very nice traditional guesthouse, owners very helpful. The location is inside the walled city. The breakfast was nice and they make you in the morning whatever you need.water provided.wifi ok.

It’s a very cozy place, you have everything you need and the host has been amazing! The location is perfect, close to the main Khiva attractions but at the same time in very quiet and peaceful part of the town!

Loved loved loved this guest house. Spacious room located inside ichan khila complex with modern amenities including a bathtub. Breakfast was home made and delicious, given that I am a vegetarian, owners wife also made potato samosas just for me in the morning before I left! Loved the garden area where there was a seated hammock. Being inside the complex also made it easy to walk to see the sights lit up in the night. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Easily the best stay of my trip😃

This is a great place to stay in Khiva and for the price it is a great deal. There was nothing that we didnt like during our stay. We are very happy with our time in the guest house.

The guest house is located inside the old city of Khiva. The owners of the guest house were very warm and welcome with us, they help us to arrange a pick up at the Bukhara Airport which went super smooth, and for a faire price (70 EUR). The room was big and comfy the bed as also very big and we could have a nice sleep during our stay. The room has AC which is very convenient during the hot summer days. The breakfast was also a great experience with with local items added to your breakfast. Very tasty.

Nothing at all, it was a perfect stay!

This private house is located in the heart of Khiva, inside historical walls of old town. Host’s family has been living in this house for 500 years, it was for us a privilege to stay here while in Khiva. House has beautiful forniture and carpets and a magical atmosphere. Even thou we did not speak either Uzbek or Russian, the owner used an instant translator (and genuine smile) to communicate with us. se loved that. The family is very welcoming, helpful and sweet. They offered us breakfast upon arrival in the morning and this was absolutely the very best breakfast we had during the entire journey accross the country. They went well beyond their duties to make our stay really perfect. Room was comfy and well equipped, stilish and warm. We absolutely reccommend this place!

On March 26th, we reached the city of Khiva. Upon arriving at Ibrahim Guest House, we encountered a man whose smile never faded. He and his family had cultivated a welcoming and hospitable environment for tourists, making us feel like part of their family. For dinner, they served a delightful local dish—a savory blend of cooked meat nestled within a layer of dough. Every moment spent at this guest house was enjoyable, and we express our heartfelt gratitude.

Great location bang in the old town. Traditional hotel run by the nicest family you could ever wish to meet. Rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. This was easily the best accommodation we stayed in that we booked ourselves during our tour of Uzbekistan

It’s in a very good location, close walking distance to Ichan Qala. Guesthouse can arrive pickup transport for you from the airport or train station. The breakfast was very delicious every morning, we got to try some local food like tuxum barak.

Spotlessly clean guest house close to all the sights. The host family really made this an amazing experience for us. Unbelievably kind and hospitable. We left at 5am to go to the Aral Sea, and they still made breakfast for us. When we returned the next day at 9pm, they'd made us a delicious dinner (without us even asking!). One of the best guest houses I've stayed in. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here. The family are generous hosts and the accommodation was lovely and warm. Spotlessly clean and a delicious breakfast. They arranged a taxi to and from the train. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great! The owners gave me a very warm welcome when I arrived early morning from my train. The home is really nice. My room was spacious and clean, with nice bathroom. The house is warm in winter which made it super comfortable. The breakfast was a delicious feast!! And the location is perfect. I wish I could stay longer.
