Very beautiful and authentic hotel with a homely atmosphere. Brilliant breakfast with tasty chebureki) The host helped us with an earlier check-in due to a rescheduled flight. Also they met our family at the airport late at night.

I think that Siyovush Hotel is one of the best in Khiva. It is cituated right near the center of Ichan Qala. The room was very clean and traditionaly designed with wooden handicraft. It is family runned hotel, who lives in this house for more then 6 generations. Siyovush, the owner, was very friendly and always ready to help. And there's a really tasty and varied breakfast.

One of the best boutique and unique style hotels I have ever stayed in. Such a fabulous town and the whole experience was wonderful. The service provided by the hotel including booking taxi's to the train station, breakfast and general information was suburb.

A lovely family is taking care of this hotel. It is in a typical house. It is very clean. The mattress was comfortable. It is located 1 min away by walk to the main sights of the city.

Super clean, homely with a great breakfast (even for vegetarians). The BnB host, Siyovush communicated very well and gave us great tips to make the best of our time at Khiva. The host also helped us with transportation from Nukus to Khiva and then to Urgench airport. The location is great, slightly off the crowded nooks of Khiva.

Like many places in Uzbekistan didn't take credit card payments. Ok it's in the booking.com small print ( my mistake I should have read this) perhaps it could be made more prominent when booking. Also the scrutiny of bills that aren't brand new is a bit off putting although I understand that this is common practice.

Very helpful owner arranged early breakfast. Balcony nice to relax on. Good location. Great value.

The bed was too hard. The key to the room was very difficult to manage. I just left the room unlocked (I had no valuables to worry about, anyway),

The location could not have been better. Right on the edge of the old city. Breakfast was a buffet and verfy nice. My room was quiet, a good size and very clean. I had a bathtub (a big bonus in my eyes). They were able to arrange transportation for me to Khiva. The hotel's roof terrace has a beaitiful view of the city. I enjoyed having a drink up there.

A great family hotel with cozy rooms and very authentic interior. The host was very helpful. The breakfast should be included in the UNESCO list as a masterpiece of hospitality. The location is also perfect in the historical center. Amazing!

Great location within the fortress, all sights within walking distance. Service was impeccable, homely and welcoming, we felt so comfortable staying here. Breakfast was lovely, a great choice of breads, jams and fruit and freshly made eggs.

Beautiful family owned little hotel in Khiva, friendly and helpful owner. Place is stunning, beautiful carpets and wood details. Room is comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. Had to leave early so we got packed box breakfast, still tasty and various. Khiva is definitely the hidden gem of Uzbekistan, a must do stop along the Silk Road.

The hotel is located in the old citadel, just a stone's throw from the main attractions. It is a beautiful building, very clean and well maintained. My bedroom was immaculate and very cosy, with the great plus point of a balcony/small terrace. The owner is very courteous, helpful and attentive, and always does his very best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Last but not least, the breakfast is great and abundant, and the food is very tasty. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay :)
