The shower couldn’t absorb all the water, why the bathroom got a bit flooded.

Beautiful Boutique hotel - with a 300y old heritage. There is different rooms, some of them in an old authentic style, and others in a more modern design. The hotel is perfectly situated, only a few walking minutes away from the main square. The staff is super friendly and is available for all questions.

Characterful boutique hotel in an old merchants house. Breakfast is eaten in a magnificent salon with original decoration -and there is lots of choice for breakfast. Very short walk from heart of the old city.

Missing items in the breakfast buffet could have been restocked quicker. Some items in the room (toilet paper, soap) could have been restocked more generously (there was no soap in the room when we arrived and one day we had to ask reception for toilet paper ourselves).

Location very close to all the sights. The hotel itself is a sight itself, the room was nice. Komil and all the staff was very helpful and kind. Great place to stay. Thank you for having us.

The Komil is in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the old town. The hotel has been beautifully restored and the rooms are decorated with traditional Uzbek designs. The dining room is charming and has been left largely untouched, preserving its rich historical past. We all enjoyed the wide range of delicious breakfast options and Komil and his staff were attentive, friendly and very accommodating. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This boutique hotel is a gem on the Silk Road that turns your stay into a fairy tale. Young and old from our family were delighted with the interior and felt very comfortable thanks to the delicious and very varied breakfast, the attentive staff and the comfortable furnishings. There is a wide range of services (e.g. massage in the room, hammam trip) and the owner fulfills your every wish (changing rooms, rearranging beds). A small damage in the bathroom was repaired in the blink of an eye. Hospitality doesn't get any better than this.

Quiet and only 3 minutes walk away from the center places of the town, a beautifullly renovated townhouse, cherishing art, style and culture. A hugh bedroom, high, wooden ceilings, art decoration along the walls, a seperate, modern bathroom a few steps down from the main room. The breakfast room was simply outstanding decorated and the service attentive and to the point.

Everything was perfect!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay at the hotel. We were made very welcome indeed and felt ‘At home’ and relaxed. The staff were all very kind and helpful, also spoke excellent English. They were Komil (the owner), Shakhzod, Mukhammad, Rouf and Aziz. We are definitely coming back to beautiful friendly Uzbekistan.

The hotel is beautiful with beautiful walls in rooms . The breakfast is a wonderful spread with lots of choice even for vegetarians. The location is excellent all within walking distance . Staff is courteous and helpful. We were given choice of 4 rooms to choose from and it was a lovely gesture.

Fantastic stay. The rooms are spacious and in a very unique design. The hotel has a great size so it won't be too crowded even when full. Location is excellent and the host (Komil) and his staff go beyond to make you feel comfortable and wanting to come back.

Refrigerator in room no. 12 is very! loud at night. I solved this by unplugging it. But this is not a solution, it must be repaired or replaced with a new one.

A charming hotel, staying in it is perfectly in harmony with the beauty of the town. A great, varied breakfast from a thousand and one nights. Helpful staff. Since they had available, we could choose between two rooms, thanks. High-quality, snow-clean bedding and towels, all made of cotton. Excellent location, taxi can stop outside the door, short walk to monuments of Bukhara.

everything was great. There was nothing we did not like . Everything went smoothly, from the airport pickup to the last moment at the hotel.

Breakfast was very good with many options, even for vegetarians. The food is fresh and tasty, meeting the needs of a variety of travelers. The hotel is very calm and there is no tension whatsoever. Owner is present and attentive to his guests.

We were given four room options, and we opted for a room in the old part of the hotel. We liked everything, but the smell of sewage whenever you flush the toilet or use the shower. The shower area is also a little cramped, which may be difficult for taller individuals. When showering, it is easy for water puddles to build up due to the structure of the shower area. Lastly, I noticed that one of the screws on the handle of our bedroom door was loose.

The location is right in old town and only a few minutes walking distance to main tourist attractions. The room designs are beautiful. We were given four room options, which I thought was very nice of the hotel staff to do. The owner was very kind and took the time to speak with us whenever he had an opportunity. The hotel also offers home-cooked lunch or dinner, massage services, tour options, and activities to do during your stay at Bukhara.
