The guest house is perfectly located 5 minutes on foot away from the main square and 10 minutes from the main attractions. Everything was great, good breakfast, and very good value for the money

I would suggest to buy some pillows for the bed. The ones we got were like big sofà cushions and they were not really comfortable.

The host is very very nice. He helped us with suggestion of what to visit in the city. The house is nice and not noisy even though is in the heart of Bukhara so you have everything very close by.

Excellent location in the middle of the old city, but a bit hidden and safe from the tourist crowds. The three rooms are clean and comfortable. The hosts are very hospitable, feeling as if you come home. The house has everything you need for you stay in Buxoro.

Very friendly landlord, helpful with transportation and everything can arrange as you wish. Good breakfast. I recomend this family guesthouse. If I come back I will choose this family guesthouse again for sure.

The guesthouse is wonderful! It is only a 2 minute walk to all the important sights, close to restaurants and cafes and at the same time in a quiet corner, away from the very touristic part. The hosts are just beautiful people, so caring and helpful with everything, despite the language barrier. We had a train to Khiva at 0:30 am and they even offered us to take a rest and shower, before leaving to the train station at 9 pm, even though we hadn't booked the room for that night. The breakfast is tasty and a lot. The room was very big with air conditioning and a nice and clean bathroom and a great shower. WiFi worked perfectly as well. We would always come back and can highly recommend it. Thanks for all!

One may not like how it looks from the outside, as was my first impression. But I got so comfortable as I entered. Can say that this was my best stay in Uzbekistan.

Great location. Walking distance from most places of interest. Centrally located in old Bukhara so on one side are the madrassas and another side is Bazar Kord, Kalon mosque etc. The location just can't get any better. Hosts are great and very friendly. They have kept the place very clean and tidy.

Really great rooms, clean, comfy and with everything you need. The location is great for sightseeing in Bukhara. I was feeling unwell when we went to pick up our bags (after we checked out) and the owner offered for me to have a sleep in one of the rooms for a bit which really helped. The owner is really friendly and will help with anything, thank you so much!

We couldn’t use the shower and the toilet because the water didn’t come in our second night. We didn’t know why but water for sink only worked and used the toilet by using the water from the sink, so it was ok.

Great location in Bukhara old town. This hotel is located in the center of the area but the neighborhood is quiet and you will spend comfortably at night. We arrive at Bukhara historical zone at night and get to the hotel in a street with a lot of tourists, shops and restaurants on foot. There is a highway within 30 seconds walk from the hotel, and it’s convenient to call taxi by Yandex Go. We can freely use boiled water to get tea. Our room was spacious and air conditioner worked well (Bukhara was hot when we visited in early May). Wifi and s great. We left our luggage until 10pm after check-out and the owner’s wife gave us tea and snacks kindly when we went back to the hotel at 9pm. Their baby is cute,

Very close to historic city sights (just 2 mins walk, unlike what maps says it’s very easy to access the city). Was a good stop for one night when we arrived at midnight from the train station—owner was accommodating and quick to help us settle in. WiFi was fast. Breakfast was local and we had the most delicious dates of our trip. Owners were friendly and did not hover. Excellent budget stay option.

the location is perfect - the guesthouse is in the center, close to all sites, restaurants and shopping . Literally - 2 minutes slow walking. All facilities are new and comfortable. You could use kitchen to cook. Good value for money. The house is situated in authentic place - in Mahailja. Outside chef of the mahailja was cooking halisa for iftar. All people are very welcome and it was interesting to chat with them while watching how the cook. The owners - small family lives nearby and are available for any request. Their advice for restaurants, shops - worse to follow. Thank to them we tried the best plov in Bukhara.
