Small nice room , good location nice spa

Our eight year old grand-son wanted to go for a swim but they wanted 10€ for one hour to use the swimming pool. There is a Spa complex to use for free but that does not include the tiny swimming pool

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They noticed my husband’s birthday and organised a birthday cake and a platter with fresh fruit. Very considered.

Far away from central

one can say location is a bit far from touristic centre - but for us it worked as it was close to the aiport

we stayed in this hotel Only for one night before our flight - but i kid you not - this was the nicest place we stayed in Uzbekistan. Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel and rooms, welcoming SPA area. They even prepared for us little lunch box because we were leaving very early in the morning for the airport, so we could have our breakfast :)

The location is not perfect if you want to do sightseeing but Taxis in uzbekistan are cheap, so its no problem either.

We traveled with our 3 month old baby and it was very comfortable. Super large bed, extra bed for our baby, very clean and nice room. You can also stay and chill in the lobby in the ground floor or first floor. Breakfast is also really good and you can enter the spa for free and book massages if you want. What i liked most was the staff. Especially Mahmut and Djafar were so kind and helpful, can just wish the best for them. I recommend this hotel 100%!

The hotel service, facilities, interior design and breakfast exceeded all expectations. The staff is very attentive, caring, friendly and very responsive. The rooms are very clean, elegant and spacious. The balconies are a wonderful addition, as you get to enjoy beautiful sunrises in the morning and the magic of starry nights of Samarkand in the evenings. The interior design in every space of the hotel is very elegant and with taste. The food quality and breakfast options for breakfast are also applaudable. The spa area deserves a separate positive review: very good selections of wellness zones. Highly recommend for leisure and business stays alike

Rare example of hotel with no faults. New, modern, clean, plenty of space, polite professional caring staff, good price for such place and service. Not in the city center but I see it as advantage - quite place , 10 minutes by taxi to center, 2-3 dollars

Sauna is in a separate building.

Brand new hotel with new bedsheets, towels and modern automation system to regulate the room. temp which we did not see in other hotels in Uzbekistan. Shower pressure’s exceptionally good. Friendly staff with good service. Even gave us an complimentary taxi ride to the Samarkand station when we’re checking out in early morning in the rainy day. We stayed as a family of three with a toddler.

The acoustic is not Perfect and you can Lesson a bit sound from other room, but not that much.

All the staff, Location ( very close to the Airport , but, taking a taxi is not a Problem in Samarkand), accomodation and the SPA.

All was great! We got to rent the family swimming pool for 2 hours! Our children really enjoyed it! We will come back again in a few weeks. The SAUNA was jut great, and got special venyik treatment. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Excellent experience!

This was our second stay, after 2 months we returned to Samarkand. This time we discovered that on the lower level there is a SALT ROOM! Next to that, our kids found the PlayStation room with a PS5 in that room available for guests, we had a hard time dragging them away from that room after they got some gaming in. Another interesting room was the Pearl Bath room downstairs. During our fist stay we where mainly interested in the SPA facilities, but this time, other amazing services impressed us. We highly recommend this hotel for FAMILIES!

Laundry was promised to be made at the evening day before leaving, but we got it only at morning next day (we had early checkout) with no ironing made

They also have TWO special family PAY POOLS great for families or groups. We did not realize that we have to pay for that, but it was not a big deal, the SPA section keep us occupied for a long time. Would be nice if the Hotel would let guests use those pools if the polls are not rented out. One of my decision points for coming to this Hotel was the pool. I suggest charging the guests a special fee for using the pool if the pool is not rented out. For the 2 of us 30$ / hour was a bit high, but again the SPA section being totally FREE made up for the disappointment. WE WILL COME AGAIN with family for sure!

This is a BRAND NEW hotel near the Airport in Samarkand! Super clean room, with very nice bed. SPA section is why we choose to stay here. Local style SPA, with Saunas and other services. The best part was the VENYIK treatment for me, boy did I feel better after it. This is another gem on the Silk Road experience for us. Keep up the good work. If you have to just rest and relax in Samarkand this is the perfect hotel. Breakfast was OK, the attendants where too close to the guests, I did not like that, but when I told them to keep distance they understood. This is a new hotel, it has great potential.
