We came for breakfast 30 minutes before the closure, but there was nothing to eat there and no personal. Entrance to the bath cabin is a little strange - through the toilet. Also strange noises in the bathroom- probably some problems with the ventilation. 20 minutes taxi drive to the city centre. But overall a good place to stay.

We tried to reach it by public transport, but it was too complicated, so needed to take taxi.

We enjoyed a lot with swimming pool and sauna facilities. The staff was very helpefull to fullfill all our wishes, they have nice restaurant so we had late dinner there and prepared breakfast just for us at 6:30 am. Called the taxi ( the hotel is close to airport) and helped with everything we wanted. They even have huge screen in swimming pool where we could watch our music. So perfect! Many thanks for yout understanding and kindnest!

All was good

This was the last night of our stay in Uzbekistan and it really was 'ending in style'. The swimming pool and spa area are so nice, beautiful, clean and relaxing. The room was also very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, very modern, good restaurant and rich choice for breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna are clean and both could be used unlimited time during opening hours without any extra charges. Bathrobes and sliders provided.

This is the second time I stayed at Maxwell and booked it last minute. The staff is very helpful. The location is also nice and peaceful, easily accessible by metro and taxi.

Only the location is bad. I’m the middle of nowhere, but 20 min by taxi to downtown.

The facilities (spa) are great and the breakfast is fabulous (the best we had in Uzbekistan so far)! Wonderful swimming pool with projector on the side playing music, super hammam and sauna. The room is a bit small but good and clean, there’s Smart TV.

The air conditioner was centrally disabled for a half of our stay. The staff wasn't able to tell us why. It was not so hot outside but still a little uncomfortable.

Water pressure in the bathroom could do with a boost and the same with the WiFi. Not in the centre but if you can use Yandex App nothing is more the SUM 15-25000 away

New hotel, very clean. Added bonus of swimming pool. Also Haman and Sauna that I did not use. Great selection of toiletries in bathroom. All staff polite and good, basic English spoken.

The room was too small and no wardrobe to put my clothes. The bathroom was very small (I hit myself few times). There were water, tea and coffee but no cups. There were soup and other things but no place to put them in the bathroom. Another thing: sauna was not working. They said they would turn it on but it was not on. The shower in spa area had no shampoo/gel.

I think these things could be improved: - some of the bed sheets were not super clean. They were more ruined than actually dirty, but it was a bit annoying to sleep on a big stain. - my friend left early and the staff was very pushy on him leaving the room at exactly 12 am, even if I was staying for another couple of days. While I get that this is not the staff's fault, this is a four-star hotel and you could be a bit more chill (and polite) about this as he was already packing and leaving. - having some contact for massages would be great. - the restaurant needs to be clear on waiting times. Once we waited for more than one hour for our food.

I think the hotel is cheap and the SPA is good! So I got what I expected! I would recommend it. The rooms are good and the breakfast has plenty of choices. The staff speaks English, Russian and Uzbek which I am very thankful for. They have all the services you need and are quite helpful.

The bathroom was not clean .. look like a man was in the room before me and they didn't clean so i had to clean it with soap before i sit. The room was very small
