Our 1st night was so cold, the heater went off suddenly in the middle of the night. The next day we use heater from the air conditioner.

A bit on the pricey side for the city but good quality hotel

Really nicely done hotel with nice and helpful staff that speak English. The photos undersell this property, the terrace for breakfast is beautiful with extensive selection. It’s all new and well done and you’re in a good central area of Samarkand to explore the various sites, restaurant attached which is nice and cheap, good Indian restaurant opposite as well

The room was comfortable but a bit dark, with high windows, so you need to stand on a chair or a bed to look outside Not an issue if you do not stay for too long there. The connectivity of the tv system failed a bit too often (fortunately the wifi worked pretty fine in our phones)

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of options, sweet and savoury, for breakfast (just the coffee was waterish, but it is actually quite difficult to find good coffe in the country, they prefer tea). The view from the breakfast area (top floor) is amazing. Lcation is central, but not just by the touristic areas. It is fine if you do not mind a 15-20 min walk and see the modern city. The swimming pool is great to relax, specially if you have children. Also at night, just to sit by it and chat and drink or eat something. There are minimarkets close by, in fact one just accross the street, for quick needs (fruit, chips, beer, chocolate…), and also several restaurants. Actually the street where the hotel is is a modern and busy street. The room was pretty quiet at night, no noise from traffic (though occasionally a dog barking)

The rooms were great, especially for a short stay. Specifically the breakfast was so, so good! Would definitely recommend the place if you want to stay about 10-15 mins drive from Registan Square.

Kettle tip was rusted, so had to pour water from side. Number mentioned in the booking.com is of owner and doesn’t know English. So had tough time to communicate. It would be helpful if number is changed to reception number because they know English.

Hotel was very neat and clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. 2-3 Indian restaurants near by. Registan Square is around 20 mins walk. Hotel room looks exactly like picture.

This hotel is situated in the city area and close to main tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly, especially the reception teams. The breakfast is amazing with lot spread that are sufficient to avoid lunch.

The bed was on the firm side, not that it was a bad bed just not to my preference. Safe didn't open but we didn't use it anyways. Hotel wifi was slower than using my international cell plan. Walls were on the thin side, heard noise from next room over. Water pressure was affected by high usage times. Power outages in the evening, but I can't fault the hotel for this?

Location was great, the shahshlik at the restaurant was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast variety. Overall, great hotel at a great value, the complaints are not deal breakers. I would stay again of we came back.

Lady staff (Laila and Cevenh) in reception was very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to keep our luggage after check out for half day. Good location and Indian restaurant nearby only walkable distance. Ms. Laila also offered and provided us free taxi to Train station.

Rooms were not soundproof, it was windy night and could hear it whole night. Rooms are gypsum board separated, I could hear the tv and giggles from adjacent rooms whole night.
