Mr Erkin was a great host. He has helped us for anything during our stay. He is one of the kindest person I've ever met. The hotel was in perfect location, 1 minute walk distance to Gur Emir. The room was big enough and spacious. The breakfast was delicous and filling. I would definetely stay here if I come back to Samarkand once again. Would definetely recommend to everyone! Best regards to him and his family.

This hotel is 10/10! Amazing owner who is really helpful and takes care of the guests. We felt really comfortable here. The rooms are super clean and the food is just amazing. Also location is really good. If you can’t decide which hotel to choose in Samarkand choose this one, you won’t regret it😍

Very good location: just a minute walk behind the Gur-Emir Mausoleum and 10 minutes to Registan Square. In fact, the hotel is located in the very center of the historical city. The room itself has everything you need: a refrigerator, air conditioning (if it’s warm or cold outside (during our trip in Uzbekistan it was very cold and the air conditioning really helped)), a comfortable shower. The breakfast was so big and varied that we wanted to eat everything, but we simply couldn’t - there was a lot of delicious food. In addition to breakfast, we were offered free tea with sweets during the day and evening, and this “snack” was better than dinner in many chain hotels. In general, I can say that I have visited more than 30 countries and have never seen such a good attitude of staff towards guests. Considering the cost of the hotel (it is very small), my rating is definitely 11 out of 10.

Very reasonable price for a nice room in 50 meters from Temur's mausoleum. The host was more than nice, telling me where to try the original local cuisine and treating me with a watermelon upon my arrival. Plan to stay here again next time I am in Samarkand.

Family run, cute hotel in prime location, everything pretty much walking distance. The owner is very kind and hospitable. Delicious breakfast with Uzbek traditional sweets. The owner let me check in early and made delicious tea with home made bakery. I will be back for sure.

The beds very rather small and the mattress hard.

The owners are very nice and friendly and do anything to help. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved it! The location is very good, right next to Timur Mausoleum.

We have booked this hotel just one day before we had to arrive to Samarkand. Wonderful hotel, wonderful location just across Gur Amir mavsoleum. Our room was on the second floor with cozy view to the street, family owned hotel they serve handmade breakfasts, also they can help with directions to top must see sightseeing things. Highly recommended, 15-20 min by walt to Registan.

Our stay at hotel Mohina was great! It is a family business with very warm attitude, the staff was always friendly and even offered us a lunch upon arrival. The breakfast was homemade and diverse, the rooms tiny but cozy and clean. Great value for the money!

- We arrived pretty late but check-in was fuss-free; was even provided tea / snacks at the late hour we arrived - Was helped with the luggage up one flight of stairs - Room was clean, with provided toiletries, towels, etc. - Decent water pressure; hair dryer was provided - Reception was helpful (best to use translation app, but the daughter can speak English well) - Great location right beside the Amir Temur Masoleum (2min walk)

At first, the bed didn't feel soft, but it was comfortable to sleep.

The owners are very nice and hospitable people. The room was clean and comfortable with all what is needed. Breakfast was good with porridge, honey, slices of cheese and sausage, some sweets, tea, coffee, local bread. The location was also great, few steps from the mausoleum of Timur Emir, which is a great starting point for a walk to all main attractions of Samarkand. They organised a airport pickup which went very well and the driver was super friendly. I recommend this place.
