Amazing location with a great view from the roof terrace. The rooms are new, everything is very clean. It’s a family run hotel and the hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious. Good breakfast as well. Overall definitely can recommend to stay here.

The hotel is located in the old city, which is extremely convenient.The hotel is new. The staff is very helpful and obliging. The entire atmosphere is homely. We enjoyed our stay.

There were a few leaks in the bathtub

The receptionists allowed us to check-in earlier since our train arrived early in the morning, and immediately served us breakfast. I liked that the receptionists do their best to always talk to yandex drivers and instruct them on how to best get to their hotel, since the streets are narrow.

Rooms are a bit small, but nothing to worry about if you are out touring the city.

A new family hotel in the center of the Old Town. Perfect location, friendly staff, everything you need in the room and bathroom. Additionally, a wonderful view from the roof terrace of the city's monuments.

For one morning, we didn't have hot water in the bathroom, but Naseeba was kind enough to suggest me to take a shower in another empty room, so it didn't matter much, but that was the only thing that stood between a perfect 10 score :)

This is a very cozy family run guesthouse/hotel, and a relatively new property. Naseeba and her parents were very helpful during our stay, suggesting us really good restaurants for dinner. Home made breakfast was sumptuous and tasty, always on time. Room was very spacious, clean, well maintained, warm (was snowing outside). Cherry on top is the location which is right next to the trading domes, and literally 5 mins walk from all major attractions in Bukhara. Definitely recommend this for a couple! P.S. - The pics don't do enough justice to how good this property actually is :)

There is nothing I didn’t like about my stay: the hosts were kind & generous, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, breakfast was a feast. This is a brand new property and the family takes meticulous care of every single detail. My stay here was a major part of why I enjoyed my visit to Bukhara.

Excellent hotel ! Family business, located 1 min walk from the main tourist attractions. The host was incredibly kind and he also helped us with everything we requested. Breakfast was abundant and varied. And also amazing views from the Rooftop !

If you're an early sleeper with light sleep, you might hear people who arrive late due to the property's less robust construction.

This property is brand new and features a very friendly host. The location is just a stone's throw away from Abdulaziz Khan Madrassah.

Hotel location is walkable distance for majority tourist attractions, especially Chor Minor. The staffs were helpful + friendly. They will try their best to accommodate you & comfort. Seeing the sunset on top of the home is something you can look forward to as well as their home breakfast! 😊👍

Fantastic stay in Bukhara in a family run hotel just by the main attractions of the city. Very clean, modern, recently renovated, with a generous breakfast and the best staff. The lady working at the reception with her family is so helpful and kind. She helped us book taxis to avoid scammer drivers. We also spent an unforgettable night on the property roof, watching the lights over Bukhara - priceless! I would recommend it to everyone coming in Bukhara, without hesitation, and I myself would stay again:)

Space in room is limited, but not a big deal.

It’s a brand new hotel, they opened 2 months ago. Very modern, all the furniture is brand new. it’s run by a local family, extremely helpful and friendly. And the location can’t be better. Great breakfast! I will recommend this place 100%.

Washbasin not inside the bathroom. Also no mirror inside the bathroom. Room is a bit small hard to open suitcase completely.

The view of the hotel is excellent. It overlooks the Kalan Minaret and the Mir-i Arab Madrasa. It is located in the very center of historical Bukhara. Behind the Ulugh Beg Madrasa. A professional family business. The hotel is new and very clean. They help you a lot in everything. You should definitely stay here for a nice travel experience in the city center. Apart from the taxi, they even bought us Hive train tickets. Thank you, rahmet!
