A truly excellent hotel in the historical center of Bukhara. I stayed in a clean, comfortable room with comfortable beds. The room has everything you need for comfort (wardrobe, bedside tables and sockets, smart TV, air conditioning, 3 towels). The bathroom is also clean. There is a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, disposable slippers). The breakfast is very tasty, a buffet with national dishes. Breakfast is served on the magnificent terrace. The staff organized a transfer to the station at a great price. The owners' daughter, who spoke perfect English, helped me a lot with various questions.

The hotel is located in the ancient quarter in the heart of the old town. The interior and layout of the hotel were made with great love and taste. Very beautiful courtyard. Very polite staff, always ready to help with any questions. They organized a great transfer from the station late at night. We also organized a trip to Khiva by car at a reasonable price (there were no train tickets). I give it 10 points out of 10.

The location is excellent, right next to the road, 150 meters from the ARK citadel. You can take a taxi right to the gate, which is very rare in the old town. Very tasty and plentiful breakfasts, served as a buffet on the hotel terrace. Very helpful and polite hosts. Impeccable cleanliness in the room, very comfortable mattresses. Beautifully decorated Moroccan style bathroom with beautiful tiles. I was very pleased with the uninterrupted supply of hot water and excellent pressure in the shower. High speed Wi-Fi. New and silent air conditioner + smart TV. There are 3 towels and disposable slippers available. The room has a wardrobe, bedside tables and plenty of sockets. The hotel is quiet and cozy. Just right for relaxation.

Excellent private house in the city center. Very conveniently located for all attractions. The central market and the central park are very close, you can run to the market on foot. Excellent terrace, breakfast is also served on the terrace. By the way, the breakfasts are very tasty and filling. A buffet is offered, as well as hot dishes in the form of various cereals, omelettes, eggs, etc. The hotel is run by a lovely family. There were no problems with communication. The owner's daughter Amina speaks perfect English and I resolved all my questions through her. She is a very smart and polite girl. For an 8th grade schoolgirl this is a great achievement. The room is impeccably clean, everything you need is there, smart TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, wardrobe, bedside tables and sockets. The price/quality ratio is excellent (the quality is much higher than the price, to be honest). In Samarkand, we paid 2 times more for a similar hotel. I recommend this hotel!

Would be nice to have another small table in the corner of the room with a kettle & tea, like we have seen in other similar properties.

Lovely, family-run property right near the centre of old Bukhara, yet quiet enough to relax on the wonderful terrace & enjoy the views of the old town. Ample breakfast taken on the terrace with members of the family on hand to answer to your needs. Daughter speaks very good English & dealt with all our requests, including a packed breakfast we needed for our night train journey to Khiva.

The owner and his family were so friendly and happy to help , nothing was too much trouble. Amina spoke good English. The rooms were really clean and tidy , the beds were excellent. There was a kettle in the room . The breakfast was freshly cooked , and plenty of choices. Good location .

Very friendly owner. Always ready to help with any questions. The room sparkles with cleanliness and the bed is white. The room is equipped with all necessary items. There is a bedside table and a socket. There is also a wardrobe with hangers. I really dream of visiting this place again in the spring and enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a delightful view of history. The hotel is located very conveniently, close to attractions.

Wonderful hosts, sweet and caring. The room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom, excellent pressure and always hot water. Price/quality ratio 10+. I would like to point out that breakfast is something! Very tasty, varied and satisfying. The location is very good. Amazing view from the rooftop veranda. I really wanted to have breakfast there, but it was very cold in the morning. In warm weather, this terrace will become invaluable for tourists. This is the most successful facility I have been to in all of Uzbekistan.

I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at this well-run guesthouse. The rich and tasty breakfast on the stunning rooftop terrace is superb! The view is amazing and it is a perfect place during every time of the day to hang out and enjoy a fantastic view above the roofs of Bukhara! The room was clean and decent with a nicely decorated, attached bathroom. The guesthouse is centrally located with only a few minutes walking time to great attractions such as the Bolo-Hauz mosque or the Kalyan ensemble.

I wish they have coffee in the room. And a mini freeze to keep the drinks cold. Other than that the location, the cleanliness is top. You can have your breakfast with picture perfect Kalon Tower on the background. Can book this place without any hesitation. By the way, they don’t have credit card machine so SOM or dollar payment in cash is excepted. But it’s no bother .. most of us travellers carry the local currency or dollar anyway. But for those who would like to charge the card for the stay, it is not for them.
