We had children with us. 1.5 year old, 2 year old some slightly older. Several times children were told to be quiet / make less noise even though it was the afternoon. Completely appreciate if this was morning or night time however children at such ages can’t be controlled and to be told to quieten down during day times hours was a bit much.

Overall good. Located close to attractions all within walking distance. Very spacious rooms with comfortable bedding and bathrooms clean. Good shower pressures and hot water. Breakfast decent however only between 8-10.

Rooms are very small with limited space to unpack or sit. Bathroom came only with a tub with high sides. A little dicey getting in and out without any hand grips ( short people problems). Breakfast options are limited if you are vegetarian.

Clean, traditional style rooms. Walking distance to main sights and restaurants. Area around the guesthouse felt very safe. We walked around even late at night without issues.

Amazing family hotel in traditional style! Location is great. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the old city centre, but as it is not in the pedestrian zone, you can get by car/taxi directly to the door. And no noises from tourists at all Very helpful and friendly staff! They can give you a walking tour on Bukhara, Khasan is the best tour guide, totally recommend! Room was cosy , you don't even need the AC all the time, the temperature is comfortable. Breakfast: fruits, cheese, bread, porridge/eggs, pancakes, all freshly prepared. Totally recommend this place, would stay here again!

Excellent location to walk around the old city. Beautiful courtyard to have breakfast in the morning. Room is compact but comfortable for our stay. Hosts are very friendly and kind. Would highly recommend!

I can't think of any real negatives, perhaps only to note that the rooms are rather small (but still more than adequate for what I needed!)

This is a small boutique guesthouse with only ten rooms and run by a lovely family. The location is excellent, it's very clean and the courtyard is a great place to relax after a lot of walking. Beds are very comfortable! I would definitely recommend to stay here and look forward to coming back..

If I had to pick something I didn't like it was the lack of pillows. I would have preferred more than two pillows for the bed but I can't fault the hotel for that since the pictures accurately indicated two pillows for the bed. Also I never requested more pillows but going forward having more than two pillows for the double bed would be a good idea.

Location was great. If walking only 5 minutes from the minaret. You can go to most sites within 20 min walk from the hotel. The area is safe. The hotel is beautiful. Everyone in the hotel was well mannered. They even arranged transportation for us. I have no complaints regarding this establishment. I think I read a review about the rooms being too small and I have to stay I felt the room was a good size.

Take note that "balcony" in the room description is referring to a common balcony upstairs, which every guest can access (not your private balcony in you room). Organized taxi to some landmarks outside the town and to a train station was a bit on a higher price, but at least it was reliable and easy to get.

Location is PERFECT, I've had a room with a view of the main minaret of Bukhara! Second room had a shared balcony, which also had stunning views. TV having A LOT of international channels. Breakfast is big and more than enough. Staff also helped me with transportation - to explore places outside of Bukhara and bring to a train station.

Old Bukhara Boutique is perfectly located for seeing all the points of interest. The hosts are kind and welcoming. Breakfast is varied, healthy and delicious. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Breakfast was delicious and diverse. But I wish the Somsa would have been served hot. ;) Clean room. Nice staff. good location.... Plus english knowledge of the reception was satissfying.
