We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very clean and quiet hotel close to the railway station. A young man in the reception was very polite and attentive to our needs. Recommend this hotel if you have an early train to catch. You can use taxi apps and easily get to major tourist attractions in the city in less than 20 minutes for no more than 1.5 US dollars.

United StatesIt's a two minute walk from the train station, with a big open air market two blocks away, plus a Korzinka's (major grocery store) and lots of restaurants, stores, etc. an easy walk away. The owner is very solicitous -- double checked that a taxi I ordered was taking me to the right place. Busses and trolleys go there, too, since the train station is a major destination.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! Its prime location next to the train station made it super convenient for us. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of items to choose from. What really impressed me was that they even prepared breakfast for us at 5 am in the morning when we had to vacate early to catch our train. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!

I was looking for place near the train station because I needed go to Tashkent very early in the morning by train and was concerned more about location than comfort. This hotel was more than I expected, very clean, tastefully decorated, very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay over there for vacation, not only for business trip. I thought near train station would be noisy and hard to sleep but building has excellent isolation, you can’t hear outside world at all. Also, 2 minutes walk from hotel you’ll find tourist agency if you want to go on some tour in or outside of a city, big supermarket, many different stores, pharmacies, bazar, bus and tramway end stations, you can go any part of the city without taxi and without waiting, a lot of buses leaving every few minutes. I was impressed with generous traditional breakfast. Definitely would stay in this hotel again. Thank you! Great business!
