that I couldn’t stay here forever :(

I left this hotel with a heavy heart. It almost felt like home to me even for the short time (3 nights) I was there. Its location is the best location one could ever ask for, right at the heart of the old town just walking distance to all of Khiva’s historical sites. The room was spacious, everything worked perfectly including the heater, wifi, everything. The staff here are some of the kindest I’ve met in Uzbekistan and probably in all my travels. Jalol and the rest of the staff were all warm, accommodating, and always smiling. The breakfast was filling and could fuel up for the rest of the day.

We had pre-booked a taxi from the train station but it didn’t arrive. Water in the bathroom was not hot and the heating in the room was also not perfect. Breakfast could have been better

The location was perfect. Its inside the Old Town with all major places within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious and staff was helpful

TV very difficult to manage and find English channels. You Tube and other apps did not work on either tv.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop terrace with great view. Big room from a courteous upgrade. Slept well. Bathroom initially cold until we puzzled out the floor heating.

Everything was wonderful. Big comfortable room, excellent wifi, good hot running water, delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. Located a few minutes walk from the West Gate and the Kalta Minor. Receptionist organized a transfer to Bukhara for an excellent price.

The Hotel is booked by (large) groups... try to be right in time for breakfast! Since groups are booking, there seems not to be a lot of effort in renovating the hotel. Closing or opening the room door with the key was nearly impossible (and anyway useless since the closed door could even be force-opened by a small child!

There is everything you need and the hotel is located centrally!

The staff is extremely friendly and will help you with any request. It is the best location to stay at Khiva. The hotel is super clean. I would go back without a doubt.

There is no elevator to the second floor.

It is just next to Itchan Kala, or actually, it is inside Itchan Kala! Very nice room and the host Yusuf gave us room update. The rooms are super clean and much better than other hotels we stayed before. Yusuf was very nice and gentle and helped us in everything from the city map to getting a reservation in a nice restaurant inside Itchan Kala. He also arranged the transport and communicated very well. We will stay here again when we come to Khiva.

Great location inside the Ichon-Qala with the Kalta Minor mere steps from the front door. The hotel had a lovely courtyard which we did not get to use because of the 44-degree heat; otherwise, it seems to be a lovely place to relax. Friendly staff provided dinner recommendations at restaurants with tremendous views of the city.

Great location. Quite variable degree of staff friendliness and engagement but, all in all, a good place to stay especially in view of its location. I would recommend staying there in spite of its rather perfunctory attitude towards guests.

Amazing accomodation right in the old city. Staff is super friendly and speaks English very well. Hotel arranged a daytrip to the desert fortresses with a good guide/driver.
