Start serving breakfast at 7.30 am (and being strict about it) is too late if you have business meetings in the morning. The Tashkent traffic is problematic and the hotel is located out of the centre (but close to the airport and the railway station).

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a couple of years old and the facilities are in very good shape. The room are nice and the beds comfortable. The restaurant is excellent though not very local - the chef is good.

Water you have to buy…breakfast is good but not many choices for such a hotel…not special national cakes or bakery or waffles or pancakes for children

Very nice place to stay in summer time…swimming pool area is very beautiful… Bed is so big in deluxe room! You can sleep easy with two children! Aircon works good! So many channels on TV! Restaurant works till 03:00 a.m. Airport is 15 minutes closed by!

Less smiley staff compared to other places like bukhara samarqand. But i think its the tashkent effect.

we had one night in this hotel, because we were choosing between long layover in Tashkent or additional night in the hotel near the airport. Considering that we chose this hotel because it is really 10 min taxi ride to the airport. Also the breakfast was one of the best we had in Uzbekistan. There was everything standard you can think of but also red fish (which is really rare to have for breakfast not only in Uzbekistan but the whole Central Asia), really great cottage cheese pancakes (syrniki) and eclairs. The room was good and the staff were kind enough handling a situation with our noisy neighbours.

The doorlocks are the most horrible traps in case of a hotel fire. The door must be electronically opened also when leaving the room. Then the door must first be pushed and then pulled although it has a handel. I am sure many guests will be barbecued in their rooms when this hut burns. Otherwise all absolutely fine.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and tidy, the bed comfortable, the furniture useful. The gym was outstanding, very well equiped, clean, well maintained.

Friendliest staff, very welcoming! Always trying to help the guests. Beautiful design of the building and the rooms. Pool is really nice add-on to the stay. Also it is possible to have dinner in front of the pool in the evening by very exquisite atmosphere.

This is not a criticism, just a suggestion: the band/ live singers should perform outside where most people eat in the evening. Their talents are wasted playing inside where not many people eat/ drink.

Nothing really. The position for us was perfect as it was very close to the airport, and to visit the centre by taxi was cheap - but it was 30 min drive and the nearest metro is 30 min walk for those looking for a more central location.

The room was very comfortable, clean and equipped with anything we needed. The staff was super helpful too.
