The location is perfect - in walking distance to Registan yet on a quite street. There is always staff at the reception and we got help with our inquiries and a complimentary airport transfer early in the morning. Our room was on the second floor, we got help taking the luggage upstairs. We were very pleased with the room for three persons: the square shape made it easy to move and store our luggage, the beds were comfortable, sockets in the right places, AC works well, there's a small fridge, a kettle, a table and three chairs were we could have tea. Bathroom and the shower area were spacious and no problems with water temperature or pressure like in some other hotels we stayed in Uzbekistan. Breakfast was abundant and varied even though more on the sweet side than we prefer.

The location could not have been better. The breakfast was amazing. We had to leave early in the morning to catch our train and just asxwe were leaving the owner arrived and drove us to the airport.

Greatest service even boss can barely speak English. Being nice and answering to any request are all that matters. Location is perfect, within 5 mins walk to Registan.

Better if more vegetarian options are there in the breakfast. Rooms were at the first floor and we senior citizens had to climb the staircase.

In one of the rooms, we could only use the TV as a cast from the phone - nothing else worked. But we did not raise this while there, as the main purpose was to have a background noise, so it was not a huge deal that it did not work properly.

Great location, the rooms are really nice, clean, unexpectedly quiet for a guesthouse. Easy check in, late at night - we also got access to the kitchen to eat our take away dinner from a restaurant near by. We left our backpacks there after checking out, to continue exploring the city. Shower gel/ shampoo provided - which is really helpful when you travel longtime and you want to keep your backpack as light as possible. More than a decent breakfast (to be fair, a bit too much on the sweet side, but we were leaving the table happy). Photos do reflect the rooms we had (a double and twin).

Breakfast though a good spread, was the same everyday. I managed to request for fried eggs instead on my last day. The shower curtain is not long enough so water gets onto the floor outside the area but it dries quickly. There is also no drainage in that area. Pillows are very high and firm. I like high pillows but this was really too high.

Location was great, behind the main area but close to many points of intetest. There is a water dispenser so don't have to buy water. Toothbrush and slippers are provided. The tv has no channels but can be cast from your phone which was great and is a smart tv with netflix, YouTube etc. Room was very clean and the shower is amazing with good pressure.

We absolutely loved staying at Hotel Jasmine. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The heat was pumping and the water pressure was strong. The family who owns and services this hotel is lovely. We were especially impressed with the breakfast served in a gorgeous room with chandeliers! Let me not forget to mention that we were less than a 5 minute walk to Registan Square, 10 minutes to Amir Temur Mausoleum, and 15ish to Siyob Bazaar.

The guesthouse has a quite convenient location in the old city just in about 5 walk through a small park to the main city attraction Registan. The rest tourist attractions are also reachable by walk or on the really cheap city taxi. Breakfasts in the hotel are plentiful. The hotel owner and his family are very friendly and hospitable.
