- Main problem was the lady owner who also lives there with her family has very bad attitude and manners. She walks around always grumpy looking and quite arrogant. She orders guests around without manners or etiquette. She and her family uses the common space throughout the day. You really feel like you are not welcome there and a nuisance to them. The other staff like the receptionist and cook were both very nice and helpful. - Our room didn't have the items described, this wasn't a huge problem but if there is something important to you, please confirm with them first.

The Location is quite good, located around the central area. There is a supermarket next to the hostel. The room is clean and comfortable. I really appreciate that when I arrived at the hostel at 4am, there was still staff helping me with the check-in process.

This accommodation was nice and clean. We didn't expect breakfast, we got it in room in the morning. That was nice surprise:) Also the accommodation is close to center, it's easy to walk where do you need.

Staff is not very helpful. They lend a deaf ear to your queries. There is no means to have any coffee if required at odd hours.

The hostel is in very good location , handy to go everywhere in tashkent, supermarket, Cafe shop one bloc away , the hostel spot on clean , the Gentel man in the reception, very helpful, the staff doing their very best to keep the hostel very clean , value for the money in your visit to tashkent.

There was no “garden view” as advertised, but a row of trees and a high traffic road instead. The breakfast was quite modest. Bathroom had a somewhat unpleasant smell. The room is quite small and a communal area is not very fancy.

Staff didn‘t speak much English and even Russian - thankfully Google Translate is there to assist me with Uzbek. Payment by card is not working - wondering whx they never removed that option. No filtered water for drinking, only from tap water

Since I only stayed here for one night, there's nothing hard to put up with.

I accidentally arrived later than scheduled at night and was not able to exchange UZS beforehand. Fortunately, they accepted credit card. The host didn't smile, but was being helpful which was much appreciated.

Stayed here for a night and don't have anything to complain about. It is located in a nice quite locality. The beds are spacious and the rooms are clean. Staff is helpful & friendly but doesn't speak English, however that's not a problem.

Both the days breakfast was readymade and not cooked in-house like cookies, bakery sweets, bread, cheese, plain sausage and boiled egg. So I think breakfast could have been better. Not sure if It's a usual thing but loud noise and people fighting just outside the hostel in midnight/ very early in the morning. So it was a bit distrubing.

Location is good and very convenient to go around. Room was clean and comfortable. One of the days, i had to leave earlier than their usual breakfast time. So i requested them to serve it earlier to which they obliged.

The female dorm is very tiny though. There is not enough floor space for luggage or even a locker. Was a bit of a struggle for me to take my large backpack on to the top bunk bed.

It is very near to metro station Mustakilik and historical sites. Very clean hostel and quiet. The bed was bigger than a normal sized single bed.
