Personels are so helpful,friendly and nice. Location 25 mins far to old town by walking but they have free transport to old town and they bring and pick you up whenever you want.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room / bathroom. Copious and various breakfast. Outdoor areas and the pool are great after an early walk in the old city. Staff is helpful and friendly. Just keep in mind that it is off city center, so it is a peaceful place but you have a 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. But they offer free rides to the city if you prefer!

Unfortunately the power went out during the night and our room was right next to the generator. It was very noisy but when we were checking out the staff gave us a very generous discount without us even having to ask.

This was my second stay at Qibla Tozabog and I was really looking forward to returning. It's a great hotel with lovely staff.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in on my trip in central Asia. The staff were very helpful especially Jack who speaks excellent English. The breakfast had lots of options. The pool was great. The room was spacious. The free transport to the old town was great. The staff were really helpful organising cheaper transport for us to get to the border and ordering take away. The price was really good for the quality of the service provided.

Nothing.. It was just perfect

Almost everything was great. I was in awe of this beautiful property as soon as I entered it. It was almost like a 4 star hotel with a large attached restaurant, swimming pool and open spaces around to wander. It is close to a historical building. The rooms was large, with very comfortable beds, a table, chairs, minibar and a large wardrobe to keep the stuff. The attached bathroom was large, felt like a luxury at the price. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff could understand and speak English, and were always eager to help. Although they are slightly far from the old city Ichan Kala, they provide free shuttle to go and also pick up later in the day. The breakfast spread was amazing.

Personnel was very friendly, they helped us arrange transport to Buchara as well. Breakfast was an experience, beautiful hall and a lot to choose from. The city is about 15 min walking, but they also have a little electrical car, they can bring you free of charge. The rooms are neat, the pool is very nice. Would recommend to stay here.

The hotel was near the old town , the staff were very frienddly and polite , we made an early check in for free and they have an electric golf cart free for service to drop off customer in old town and to bring them back too all that for free !

Breakfast is quite simple. Can be noisy at night if a late guest arrives/returns when you're trying to sleep.

A budget place for your stay, a bit away from the main tourist site. Clean but old-style rooms, strange oversized bathrooms. The staff is willing to meet your needs when they are not too inflated.. We were given extra mattresses as the bed was a bit hard our taste.

The large room and the bed was super comfortable . The staff were super helpful and accommodating about specific requests, late check in and late check out. They helped book my taxis back and forth to the old city. Couldn't have asked for more for the price I paid.

Neat & clean big room. Bathroom is also very big and clean. The stuff is so helpful and made all our needs smoothly. Their breakfast options is huge and tasty. The surroundings of this hotel is very nice. They provided taxi free of cost for their guest to go Khiva fortress which takes only 3 to 4 minutes.

The room could have more electric sockets closer to the bed, but that's really a minor detail... I have really nothing negative to say

The hotel itself is very nice and luxorious. It has beautiful garden, orchard and outside sitting place, where you can rest, play cards, and relax. A sitting place outside is also covered in case of rain. The breakfast is big and located in another building, which is very extravagant and decorated - it's a very nice experience. The choice of the food is really wide, and it includes vegetables, eggs, sausages, sweet stuff like pancakes and cakes, as well as traditional uzbeki pastry. Coffee, tea, juices, lemonade... You will probably not go out hungry. It's a good choice also for vegetarians and even vegans. The rooms are big and clean, they get tidied up every day. They have windows and our room had a beautiful garden view. The personnel is nice and helpful. They helped us to find a driver to take us to Aral lake (or what's left of it) and they also arranged us transport around the city. The manager speaks great Russian and also enough English to communicate the essentials. We liked our stay very much and even prolonged it for a day. If I would go back to Khiva, I would go definitely in the same hotel.

It is a 30 minute walk from places of interest or indeed any restaurants and whilst we were told initially that all transfers were free sometimes we were told that in fact they were not free which is a little confusing. The amounts, however, were very small. I just told them they were supposed to be free so I wouldn't pay and didn't!

It’s a new, proper hotel with nice facilities. The room was spacious, and everything, including the carpets on the floor were impeccably clean. The beds were firm and comfy. As for the breakfast; it is a buffet with cheese, pastries and different kinds of bread (like little samsas), eggs and fruits, which was both tasty and filling. On top of everything, Mr Sherzod and his team were super welcoming and they took personal care of us to make sure everything was okay. Our best stay in Uzbekistan.

Very clean room, personal was very polite and ready to help, wifi connection was good It is very very easy and fast to reach the historical centre from here - just walk 5 minutes and catch Damas taxi #2, the charge is about 25 cents
