Located very close to Registan square. You even get a view of Registan square from the room. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was exceptional. Owner and staff were really polite with lot of smiles.

Everything about this hotel was lovely. From the moment we arrived very early in the morning from an overnight flight and saw the sun rising over the Registan minarets from our balcony, to the lovely, helpful family who run the exceptional clean hotel.

This was by far the best standard of accommodation throughout my stay in Uzbekistan. My room was really spacious, comfortable, cozy and smart. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. It was served to you rather than a buffet like other places and there was lots of it. The hotel is located in a quiet area close to Registan Square where you can then walk towards other key sites in Samarkhand. I had a really comfortable and peaceful stay here and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect! One of the best hotels in Uzbekistan!

Hotel Silver Rows is proved to be an outstanding choice for accommodation in Samarkand. Situated at the edge of the Registan Square, it offers breathtaking views adding an unforgettable touch to the stay. All major attractions are within a 10-15 walk. The staff is exceptional: they speak multiple languages (English, Deutsch, Uzbek, Persian, Russian) and cater to every need with professionalism and kindness. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with solid wood furniture, comfortable beds, high-quality bedding, and soft bathrobes. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh options. An early breakfast was served upon my request.

Water from the shower splashed on the floor every time we showered.

We had views of Registan from our 2nd floor room. The staff went above and beyond and were super helpful with every question we had or request we made.

The hotel has the best LOCATION for Samarkand and for those who want to see all the important cultural sites in Samarkand. Very friendly and accommodating owner and staff. I recommend it without any hesitation

Generally, the hotel impressed me on everything... From the staffs hospitality to all little things you need in the hotel... They can provide you airport transfers, recommend tour guide at very affordable cost. Foods served in breakfast are good also... Surely, we will come back in other season...

The location of this hotel is excellent! It only takes around 5 minutes by foot to get to the Registan Ensemble from here. The hotel staff was hospitable and kind enough to let us check-in earlier than the scheduled time. The staff also engaged in very interesting conversations with us during our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful but communication was difficult when Otabek wasn't present.....google translate had a heavy workout! Wifi was very good, but if it stops working, just mention the problem to staff and they will check the router on the second floor, and it can be easily fixed. Our initial king room didn't appear to be the advertised 30m2, more like 25m2 or less....so if you travel with a lot of luggage perhaps the suite, if available, would be more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in amazing Samarkand the pearl of Uzbekistan :)

After a few initial problems, one, which was out of Otabek (the owners) control were resolved....we ended up having an excellent stay....we appreciated the room upgrade under the circumstances. The hotel is in a fantastic location just behind the iconic Registan and handy to a smorgasbord of restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure good with plenty of hot water, but as other reviewers have mentioned, the water leaks out all over the floor....not a major problem, which is planned to be fixed during the off season. It was good to have seating for two in our room unlike so many hotels that only provide 1 chair for 2 people!! The breakfast was cooked to order and excellent with the addition of many other choices, a great way to start the day, just remember your specific order has to be put in the day before.
