Lovely guesthouse, super clean room, great WiFi. The breakfast was great, the owner is fantastic and helped us to do our laundry. He even made my husband coffee during the day which was very much appreciated! Overall we had such a great stay and will be back!

Service was exceptional. Many thanks to the owner who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location was perfect. The room was newly renovated. The 24-hour access to the kitchen and dining area (tea, coffee, and Uzbek treats) was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Uzbek hospitality at its best.

The location and cleanliness of the house is great. We liked their hospitality. Even though we had to check out till 11 a.m, the host let us stay until our departure time. We had an amazing time in Samarkand!

Utkur, the owner, is very nice and very helpful. The room is really confortable, the shower perfect. The kitchen is accessible, nice when we want to eat there. No negative points !

The owner was so lovely! Our room was very nice, comfy and clean. The breakfast every morning was great as well. He even let us use the washing machine for free. The location is right behind the Gur Amir and maybe 15 minutes walk from Registan square. Highly recommend! We’d stay here again

Extremely thoughtful, friendly and helpful hosts - they even helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us and brought some tea to our room after a long day of sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was great and they accommodated me as a vegetarian. Good location.

Maybe for the same price you can get something better in terms of position. The booking fee made the final price higher than Uzbek standards!

Staff was very welcoming, good breakfast and location also good, 20 min walking from Registan. The owner will register you and handle the paper at the checkout. Accommodation includes air conditioning. Nothing to complain!

Amazing place! Not only have we arrived too early and got the room at once. The host was amazing, helpful, spoke perfect English and made us feel at home. Room was nice and clean, breakfast very nice. Then we went for a tajikistan trip, left some things behind. When we came back, we got the room again just for the afternoon to rest and take shower. This is a place not to miss, plus within walking distance from Registan.

1. Location. It’s located within 50 meters behind Go’r Amir Maqbarasi. And within 15-minute walk to Registan Square. Quiet neighborhood. 2. The host is really friendly and always ready for help, more importantly he can speak English. 3. The breakfast is nice. 4. Room is clean with a nice local carpet. 5. Iron is even provided in the living room.
