The breakfast was somewhat repetitive.

The room is large and quite spacious as is the washroom. The floors are heated. The family hosting is really helpful and kind. The room is very clean and comfortable.

unfortunately could not give 10/10 because the wifi was not the best and there were issues with our bathroom door and the water could have drained faster in the bathroom.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious rooms with comfortable beds located in a great part of town. Rooms are spotlessly clean and smell nice. The guesthouse is peaceful. Many great restaurants are within walking distance and the attractions of Gur e Amir and Registan Square are a short taxi ride or nice walk (during good weather) away. The family running it is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Samarkand.

A great place to base yourself from, family-run (they’re so lovely), with everything you need and fastidiously clean. The breakfast was great too, not hotel buffet style but a nice set up with a home-cooked choice (sausage and egg or oatmeal) and plenty of other bits to fill you up too. Perfect for the day.

It’s just bad luck.. wifi wasn’t working for 2 days when we arrived also it was weekend. But on monday morning it was fixed soon. The owner even compensated that.

The property was very very clean. Location was good enough. The owner and his wife was very nice. They even gave me a jacket because I didn’t have one. They were very kind and sweet. Also the breakfast was quite good, prepared by the owners wife.

I loved the hospitality. The place was very clean and friendly. The bathroom was very clean and had bidet spray, which gave us more comfort The lady is very nice and friendly, she was so sweet. The breakfast was very simple yet was okay. I would definitely repeat this experience.

The staff was absolutely exceptional. The breakfast was excellent and they made special vegan meals for me. The room was large and the wifi was excellent. The owner even picked us up in the middle of the night from the airport.

Sometimes there were problems with electricity as everywhere in Samarkand, but our host was trying to do his best to solve an issue!

This place is so cozy and clean with good vibes that we will definitely stay here again once we come back to Samarkand! Stylish room, nice host, quite place! We spent the most beautiful 10 days there :)

all was perfect

everything was fantastic, clean and confortable and big room with great beds and real quietness, this is part of a private residence , a family owned business, and that’s the reason why you feel like home from moment one. the location is great, 20 min walk from the old town sights but in a very interesting area full of restaurants, cafes, parks … just perfect. the owners could no do enough to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast is served in a common area and everything you eat is home made, we loved every minute here. don’t look any further , this is the place to stay. thank you for a wonderful stay
