1. The place was so close to all the famous Bukhara Minors, and Ark of Bukhara was also easily walkable (20-25 mins) 2. The hostess was the sweetest lady and she prepared Pilaf on my special request :) she was also super helpful 3. The place was clean and homely. Sunshine broke into our rooms vividly and it was refreshing

This is most caring, friendly, welcoming, accommodating, heartwarmingly generous family I have found in Uzbekistan..They have treated me like a relative. Their guesthouse is beautiful, bed is very comfortable, breakfast is very very good and the position of the guesthouse is perfect, 3 minutes walk from the Registon. They helped me in any possible way and then even gave me a partition gift!

Nothing, everything was perfect as per our expectations.

We were family travelers with 6 and 9 years old kids (In-sta: FIDUFILZA), if you are looking for the best stay near the center; you can choose it without looking further to experience amazing Uzbekistan family hospitality. We stayed in 1st floor and the rooms are all clean, well-maintained. The house located is just at the back of the Ulugbek & Abdulaziz-Khan Madrasa, and is less than 7 minutes walking from the Kalon Minaret complex.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay during the winter holidays.

The family who hosted us were very kind & helpful. The rooms are all clean, well-maintained & good. The house is just at the back of the Ulugbek & Abdulaziz-Khan Madrasa, and is less than 10 minutes walk from the Kalon Minaret complex. There is a shortcut at the side of the house to the old Bukhara & everything is within reach within a matter of a few minutes. They will all help you and guide you in all issues related to money exchange, transportation, & best plov/food in town. You can agree for a train station & airport pickup too beforehand.

The fact that I didn't plan to stay longer.

I liked everything. Impeccably clean- I cannot stress this enough- crisp white bedsheets, properly working AC, great location, right next to Ulubek madrasah and a shortcut that takes you to the bazaar and the other sightseeing spots within minutes. The breakfast was delicious and too much, including also fruit and bread hot from the oven. Very helpful and welcoming staff. It exceeded expectations, thank you for everything!

Great location right around the main attractions of Bukhara. The owner is super nice, speaks English and serves very good breakfast (eggs, pancake, fruits) and even invite you for home cooked dinner. For a little extra they offer taxi service to/from the trainstation (even at night). All in all great deal for a good price.

Not understanding each other at all but still making you feel at home: amazing place! I learned being served fresh leaf tea and sweets each time I walked in is soooo much better than a water heater in my room :-)

Family room was congested, no ward drobe, bathroom was extremely congested. We had thought of reaching the guest house using Yandex taxi, but since the owner sent us msg like it will be difficult for taxi driver to find the correct address, we did not take chance and agreed for demanded UZS 70,000 to pick us from Bukhara train station. But while going back, yandex charged us UZS 16,000 only and the driver was very happy when we paid UZS 20,000.

Breakfast was good (Bread, egg omlette, cookies, and persimmon fruits). The owner allowed us to make milk tea.

Worst Bathroom we encountered in 3 weeks of central asia trip (except yurtas) bathroom without window and getting flooded every time we were having shower

Really friendly staff who arranged early breakfast and even offered tea once per day. Quiet and relaxing place in the historical downtown behind Ulugbek Madrasa.

Nothing at all

I traveled with group of my friends. We choose the family homestay, and we were happy of what we received within the price. Roo was spacious and clean but what made our stay great was the lady who runs the place. She is a real sweetheart who always carry the smile on her face and is more than happy to help you with everything you need.
