One minor point to note: the breakfast selection was inconsistent. While some mornings offered a delicious variety of pastries, others were limited to just one or two options. Additionally, the hot food was occasionally served cold. It's also worth mentioning that the property feels like a hybrid between a traditional hotel and a hotel apartment.

This centrally located Tashkent hotel surprised me! It offered exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service, especially considering the price. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, addressing any questions I had. The hotel itself is new and boasts modern amenities with a keen eye for detail.

We had an amazing experience staying at the "Palace Hotel Tashkent"! The staff was incredibly friendly and ready to help with any questions or requests. The hotel is in a nice location, it has a few restaurants really close. The property is really nice and the rooms are big and very clean.

They confirmed airport pick up but no one appears and I was stuck at the airport at 4:00 AM in the morning and surrounded by many taxi drivers asking me for $30 to $40. as a tourist you are not aware of the actual price. if you install the Yandex app before arrival then you can easily reach $5.

New hotel, the staff was very helpful, the room was precious. location is also good you can reach all the tourist places for $2-3 using the Yandex App.

the room was excellent, very big and had an electrical kettle and a fridge. Breakfast was good staff was very nice they opened for us the kitchen earlier than usual as we had to check out early. there are good resturants near the hotel.

Had a bit of language problem as English is sparsely spoken, but that's of a minor consequence.

Breakfast was good but could include a bit more variety and change on a daily basis. The hotel itself was spanking clean and the house keeping staff was very cooperative, supporting and hardworking. So also the Restaurant staff. Always courteous and smiling. Enjoyed the hospitality.

upon my prior booking and arrival I was told that there’s no available room in the hotel and they told me that their BOOKING system doesn’t work therefore they were not able to track my booking. I don’t know whom to blame BOOKING or Hotel but the fact is that my situation was very annoying and uncomfortable!

Bathroom had a very bad smell like rotten or sewarage. I changed the room, but the second room was even worse, with cigarette smell in bed pillows and sheets. Hotel then kicked me out by saying that they do not have any other room for me. This was not a nice behaviour, although they could choose to clean rooms and bathrooms properly.

Spacious room was nice. Had space to work in the room. Nice sauna. Staff was nice but not so professional. They try to do their best but they cannot do it. Staff either purposefully or not ignore maybe do not understand English well.
