I had a lovely stay at this Guesthouse. The rooms are nice and I had a great view to the Kalta Minor in the city center. Even though its directly in the old town its very silent at night. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices that varied each day. They helped me with everything I needed and offered delicious tea. Very welcoming family! Highly recommend this Guest House.

The guest house was lovely. They welcomed us with warm smile and some tea of course. The room was cute, the bathroom was clean and the sheets as well. Both days we should wake very early and we kindly asked if it was possible to take our breakfast at 05:00 am (normally it was 7:30am). The girl that owns the guest house was very kind and prepared for us a nice breakfast with of plenty of things such as eggs, sausage, their local bread, yogurt, biscuits, cheese and ham slices and of course coffee and tea. Overall our accommodation was very good and we highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city attractions, yet very quiet. Good view from our room (Room 1). The staff was very friendly and obliging. The room was pleasantly decorated and very clean. The hotel arranged our transfer from the Shavat border and onward transport to Bukhara with visit to the desert castles on the way (a 9-10 hour trip). Highly recommended!

Not only the gueshouse is 100 mts from.Khiva main attraction,its run by a wonderful family that treat guests like member of it with kindness,smile and willingness to make you feel as comfortable as it can be. I bought the whole package accommodation,tranfer from Train station and to Urgenc airport plus a 6 hour private experience in Desert Castles..They were spot on...they offered me dinner for free and i strongly recommend this place when ih Khiva.

Nothing at all - everything was wonderful.

This was EASILY the best hotel/guesthouse I’ve stayed at in Central Asia - for a really affordable price, I received truly excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, and food that exceeded the quality of most restaurants I’ve visited over the last month (make sure to ask about dinner!). The staff was kind and attentive and willing to help me figure out how to get to the next city on my journey, the room felt cozy yet modern and spacious, and the food was AMAZING… all of it rivaled far more expensive hotels. And best of all, the location was super close to all the main attractions (5 minute walk, tops). You’re missing out if you don’t visit!

The shower leaked, meaning that the floor would flood and the water pressure was reduced. The aide of the bathtub was also not secure, it was held in place by a plastic bottle and would dislodge when you stepped in / out of the tub. There was also only one mirror (in the bathroom) and nothing by the dressing table in the main room, which would have been helpful. It would also have been nice to have a bedside lamp, there was only the overhead light. These small additions would make a big difference. The mattress was also incredibly hard - I appreciate that hard mattresses are normal here but this was hard even by that standard.
