United StatesFood choices not up to standard for that kind of a hotel and the prices were too high for the quality of food received. No local food choices? We get this type of food in the USA at a better price and quality, Why pay more for less? One key two people not acceptable. The desk folks could have been more helpful overall. Give us some reason to be there. Tell us about the good beaches around. Sight seeing option?

United KingdomThe service of the staff in the restaurant and the small cafe. Two in particular were very moody, no eye contact and quite surly.
Breakfast wasn't included but we ordered from the restaurant. The food was okay. We also had lunch which was lovely apart from the service. The service on reception was good - friendly however when we asked for rooms close together I was told it wasn't possible - not sure why - the hotel wasn't full and the rooms cost the same. The location was perfect as we were sailing from the Blue Lagoon marina.

The pool, the look of the room with the balcony. The bar and all the restaurants except the loft restaurant. Also the mart was nice. The person serving the ice cream also wasn’t friendly she looked like she wasn’t interested in doing her job.

Shower leaked, towels not changed, tiny pool towels that property refused to change, poor breakfast - and expensive. Staff didn't want to make coffee for example.

Breakfast in the Loft was freshly prepared and served with a smile . Dinner again in first floor restaurant was very tasty , served again by friendly staff at an enjoyable pace . The access to the Marina for charting a boat was great and the staff gives guests free access to kayaks, although we didn’t know until we asked on our last day.
