Pick-up at airport did not arrive so took normal taxi after waiting 30mins. TV in room did not function...no remote and no solution from reception desk No kettle in room for coffee or tea brew...eventually rectified Mix up having to pay for no show room for which postponed date refused despite extenuating circumstances notified to both hotel and booking.com where Daniel had expected Blue Lagoon to exercise discretion and agree to postponed arrival date

We did not like the food. Of the three restaurants that we ate at in the area we found the hotel restaurants were the most expensive, with the worst service and less palatable food.

Rooms we comfortable and clean, but dated and requires some upgrades.

Food choices not up to standard for that kind of a hotel and the prices were too high for the quality of food received. No local food choices? We get this type of food in the USA at a better price and quality, Why pay more for less? One key two people not acceptable. The desk folks could have been more helpful overall. Give us some reason to be there. Tell us about the good beaches around. Sight seeing option?

The service of the staff in the restaurant and the small cafe. Two in particular were very moody, no eye contact and quite surly.

Breakfast wasn't included but we ordered from the restaurant. The food was okay. We also had lunch which was lovely apart from the service. The service on reception was good - friendly however when we asked for rooms close together I was told it wasn't possible - not sure why - the hotel wasn't full and the rooms cost the same. The location was perfect as we were sailing from the Blue Lagoon marina.

Too much mosquitoes. The loft food and breakfast wasn’t that tasty.

The pool, the look of the room with the balcony. The bar and all the restaurants except the loft restaurant. Also the mart was nice. The person serving the ice cream also wasn’t friendly she looked like she wasn’t interested in doing her job.

Hotel cleaning, parking and gardening staff all friendly. The reception and bar staff not so much. More of a can't do attitude! Shower leaked, towels not changed, tiny pool towels that property refused to change, poor breakfast - and expensive. Staff didn't want to make coffee for example.

Breakfast in the Loft was freshly prepared and served with a smile . Dinner again in first floor restaurant was very tasty , served again by friendly staff at an enjoyable pace . Had been nearly put off eating here because of poor reviews. Throughout our short stay we had no complaints about food / service . The beds were super comfortable.

Steep drive in and out

The views of beach and marina were outstanding! The beds were super comfy with nice comforters and nice bathroom towels as well. The shower was stocked with shower gel and shampoo. Hairdryers and liquid soap and lotion included. Outdoor pool was in a garden area surrounded by flowering plants.

A good location for an overnight stay with a lovely view over the marina. Refurbished rooms although our daughters adjoining room 8 was smarter than our room 7 ( same price).

Very good location particularly for stopover from the airport & enjoy a few days on Saint Vincent before heading to the Grenadine islands. The staff were all excellent I loved Leticia who was so bubbly as was every member of staff including the front desk & Cassandra. Beautiful front location to the sailing boats.

Room was very hot when we arrived and the AC controls were not easy. It would have been appreciated if the room was cooled somewhat for our arrival after a day of traveling - although we do also appreciate saving energy.

Our room was generally very comfortable with a lovely view of the marina. The staff was very cordial. It was convenient to have the restaurant and shop on site.

The restaurant was on the pricey side and the menu was constantly out of key ingredients like salt fish, bakes, bananas, honey. But the ambience on the marina is pleasant.

The access to the Marina for charting a boat was great and the staff gives guests free access to kayaks, although we didn’t know until we asked on our last day.
