Bed was no confy. A little bit hard.

Room and Bathroom were clean. It was a well maintained room with new furniture.

Barely warm water in the bathroom, a tiny refrigerator, queues at breakfast, unnecessary duplicate coupons, registers at every step. It feels like there are a lot of useless people doing unnecessary work. The pool is only available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. - just at a time when people are busy with business, so no one can use it.

A spacious, quiet room; a comfortable bed.

Again, I think the description of the room is misleading; it said it had “Mountain View” and you could assume is the city with the Avila behind but it was referring to the little mountain behind the hotel. When I got to the room I was disappointed.

Its not worth it !!! They will overcharge you so much for everything that at the end you will be discussed by everything. They think they are in Dubai or Saint Barts. You will encounter extreme air pollution ourside of the hotel. No hot water in the morning 50$ breakfast buffet with low cuality foods and flys to relax in your food and mosquitos to eat your feet. Let's not forget the cost of the hotel taxi that will charge you 20$ for 500 meters ride. You might get a headache from the extreme smell of paint on the coridors that will also penetrante your room. There is no way to open a windows so you breath some air form an old AC system .Food in the restaurants is a joke and at leat 2 3 times more expensive from the best restaurants in Europe and the US. This is not a one time experience this is evertime you stay there for sure!

Prices in the outside/Pool bar are crazy high. Like, I know we were in a "5 start hotel", but drinks are way too expensive in comparison to a nice restaurant in the city.

The Eurobuilding Hotel is a Caracas old time classic. There is a lot of room for improvement but I am glad that at least stays exactly the same way it was 20 years ago. The lobby area is gorgeous, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice Pool area with great view of the Avila Mountain. Breakfast was included and it was really good with plenty of choices. The Japanese restaurant was good and for a fair price. The Italian restaurant has delicious food but a bit overpriced.

The first night we had two small roaches (chiripas) walk around our room… The pool restaurant/room service items way overpriced. For some reason we couldn’t charge anything to our room account, making it very uncomfortable given Venezuela’s situation with cash. I’d have preferred to make one big card payment at the end, but I guess many people just leave the hotel unannounced…

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Overall, well maintained infrastructure, the pool area is very nice! Really comfy beds and spacious rooms!!

Booked for 3 people spouse+kind and never had the towel count Front desk never answered, huge screen phone that did not work at all to replenish towels and had to go downstairs to get it done. Lack of USB ports/AC outlets handy to charge devices. The ones available were hiding behind furniture.
