For the price paid, it was not as expected. The water from the pool could have been cleaner, and at times at the pool area there were turkey vultures/black vultures (zamuros) drinking water from the pool which I found very disturbing and unsanitary. No one seemed to care even though I mentioned that to the staff. The hotel could invest in better quality of toiletries and add coffee machines and minibars with basics in the rooms. Also, smart tvs or fire sticks to have nextflix, prime, etc. Again, for the price paid I was expecting these basics

Cocktail bar is a little pricey. However, the staff was very kind to explain prices and solved a confussion which would have cost us a considerable amount of money. A potentially uncomfortable situation turned into a big plus thanks to the very kind staff.

An excellent hotel close to the beach and close enough to the Caracas Airport. Safe, Impeccable service by the staff (perhaps the best point!). Bigger than average rooms, Well maintained, all rooms have at least partial ocean view, with excellent facilities and a very welcoming pool. Would certainly stay again.

Hotel services not matching Marriott quality. After paying in cash, I waited 32 minutes for a refund... Drink quality? For example, Aperol Spritz is served without Prosecco... At least the menu could be in English. When no one can! from the staff. And I could go on like this... A huge disappointment and for me the Marriott brand has gone down a lot... Unfortunately.. P.S.- And above all, the overpayment was promised to be returned to my account. So far it hasn't happened :(

This hotel should not have the Marriot brand on it, The staff are horrible, the Manager is better suited to work as a Prison Warden she had no clue on hotels The staff continuously run after guests waving bills in their faces for overpriced Teas/coffees

Worst Staff. Manager was even worse Cash Grab at every point Was told to go and have breakfast as arrived early but then was charged $30 each person for it even though breakfast was included in my stay i simply asked them to swap the day for breakfast

all was wrong, from the type of room, Booking wasn’t able to help, the hotel check in was very slow (1h to check in 2ppl), no towels in the room, they forgot the wake up call….
