There is absolutely nothing to not like about this property.

I loved everything about this spot. The location was amazing. Great views. Great access to everything locally... This is an excellent place to stay. I will return!! The staff is more than knowledgeable about the Island. I cannot say enough about my stay here!! Nothing short of amazing!! ❤️

The property was a little difficult to find.

The gentlemen was wonderful who allowed us into his property. His daughter was very nice as well. The property was immaculate and impeccable.

It was a very quiet, clean, comfortable, and intimate stay for my Fiancé and I. Our little fur baby enjoyed himself also. The Jacuzzi was my favorite part. Definitely will be back. 😍😍 Thank you, Mr. Boyce for your hospitality.

My recommendations to other prospective guests would be get a rental car, it just makes life easier that dealing with the taxis. Also, bring some earplugs. There are a lot of roosters, which seems to be a St Thomas thing, they're a must.

The owner was super helpful with the taxi driver getting us to the property and we met with him when we arrived. He and his wife were always very helpful when we had questions, and were very welcoming. The room was very clean, and comfortable. I didnt add pictures since the ones on booking were basically exactly what it looked like. The AC was cold and the water was hot, which is like 80% of everything I cant live without. It definately was a good value for me. Having the kitchen and fridge saved us a ton of money since we didnt have to eat out every meal. Would recommend this location not only for the nice accomidations but just how great the owner was too.

Everything was great;

Boyce was an exceptional host; excellent communication and extremely helpful. Accommodation in residential area was refreshing with spectacular views and comfortable with all the amenities. Marysville was one of the highlights of my trip and made for a restful getaway.

I was very happy with my stay at the Annasville Comfort Studio. It is charming and clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfy bed. I was assured by Boyce, the owner that it was in a safe neighborhood and found this to be true and felt very relaxed and comfortable there.   Took a van cab from the airport and Boyce met me partway at a local market where I was able to pick up a few essentials and snacks. The next morning, he brought me to my next hotel where I was meeting family.    Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the island and beaches. I appreciated it all and would recommend to others.  Thanks, Boyce!

It's not the greatest location but if you rent a car, the studio is centrally-located, and within 10-20 minutes drive to pretty much anywhere on the island.

The studio was exceptionally clean and has everything you need. It's a cozy and comfortable space, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. You will need to rent a car though to get around. The owner, Boyce, provides a parking place. He is extremely friendly and will do everything to make sure you're comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
