Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Easy access and host was always available with great tips. She responded to every text in a timely manner and always had assistance for how to get around and place to go.

United StatesThe location is excellent other than the road noise and the cruise ship evening music when they are there, which is not every day. I would recommend to have white noise added for better sleep, in the bedroom, by the sleeping couch and living room. Walking safety outside of the unit specially for families best to drive - There is a small portion of the walk to the Heavensite Mall and Restaurants that does not have a sidewalk. It has blind spots and turns with no room to get off if someone is coming too fast. A sidewalk would be a huge improvement, not sure that the city would approve it.
The property was as listed. It was comfortable, spacious. The kitchen was sufficient for most travelers that intend to eat out and/or do a very simple meal. It has wifi and cable via Roku. with enough selections when you are taking a down time. The french doors, patio, and art are a plus. The location is great, the Heavensite Mall and Yacht Marina both contain many shopping store, restaurants near or on the piers. Lots of local activities happen there as well. Owners are friendly and responsive. They recommend some very good places to eat as well as activities. Most definitely recommended.

United StatesRecommend drapes in the bedroom as the sunlight pours in early and the are floodlight across the street at the mall at night.
Great location by Havensight Mall. The apartment was impeccably clean and functional.
