The food at the bar was (Pizza) good the first night then Horrible the next time. Beef soup was 2 pieces of beef some onion and lots of Soy Sauce water (3 orders). Crabs cakes were served terribly). Everything had to keep going back. Luckily Chris (bartender) would catch it sometimes.

Friendliness of staff and quick response plus the price was very reasonable. Will book again

The pool size and jacuzzi was extremely small. Not kid friendly for a 9yr old. No activities for the guest beside Karaoke which was fun. Other than that nothing to do. The cost of food was very high and ok. Too much money yo take a taxi to the restaurant 5 min away. Please add a shuttle it will reduce some costs for your guests.

The view was amazing as stated in previous feedback from customers. My room was amazing. It was room 306 and it was easy to get to and from the pool and lobby area. The Hispanic security guard was Awesome! Very friendly and he gave us some good places to go to. Please add a shuttle for your guests.

We got a room with kitchenette since we were traveling with kids and family. It was a big help since we could cook our dinners and breakfasts. The ocean view was amazing from our 3 floor. The beds were comfortable and pull out sofa queen bed was very comfortable for the kids. We got the top floor so the ceilings were high and room were very spacious. The property is nice and green and the hotel is close to everything. You do need a car to go anywhere or hire a taxi every time. We didn’t interact with the front desk excerpt for check in and check out but the people who were working on the property were really nice and helpful.

The price paid was a bit high for the size of the room. It was basically only a hotel room with a tiny kitchenette. It would be better if it was at least a one bedroom with a separate sitting area or something. Too high for just a hotel room. Our door lock was broken which is dangerous and the staff wasn’t super friendly.

We liked the comfort of the room, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. The location was convenient to the airport and downtown.

My wife and I traveled with two other couples. All three couples found the front desk staff to be generally rude and seemingly unappreciative of the customer, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. I asked for change for a $20 to use for tips and the front desk person behaved as if it was a huge inconvenience. When I thanked her there was no response. One of our group is a Marriott executive and was so surprised. When we entered the front desk area on check out day I witnessed in process another customer (not in our group) in a heated exchange with the front desk staff during which the customer complained that the staff had been rude since the day they checked in. So, this issue clearly extended beyond our experience.

Clean room that appeared to have recently been remodeled with high end finishes. Kitchenette is well equipped. Beautiful balcony view of the bay.

Con: front desk is so not friendly. I needed one extra beach towel so I went to the front desk… they said they had none and that I had to go back to my room and wait until housekeeping brought it to me. When I asked how long that would be she said whenever they get to it. Thankfully I pleaded with the valet in the front and he was super helpful and thought he knew where couple of clean towels were and brought me one. Second time the front desk failed was on the day we were checking out, I called at 8:50am and asked if I can get some extra shampoo because we wanted to shower before checking out at 10am(which by the way is really early!) front desk said- sorry, housekeeping isn’t open until 9. I asked okay can they bring it to me at 9? Or I can go and get it from them?? She said they don’t have any at the front desk and that she can’t guarantee that housekeeping will bring my shampoo by 10. That is insane!! They have no customer skills. I would think they can bring me some extra shampoo. I will not be staying there again. Also, their tennis court does not exist.

Pro: rooms were good size and the bathrooms had lots of cabinet space. Gym had nice view. Pool restaurant/ bar good service and good food. the valets at the front were super friendly and helpful.

Front Desk team seem rigid and indifferent. example arrived at 1:30 can’t get into room until 4 ( ~50 rooms open) then bags took 2 additional hours to get to room after 3 requests to front desk staff. no apologies or recognition of the inconvenience

the front desk staff wasn’t as warm an welcoming as other places I’ve been. They were a little rude so I tried not to interact with them until checkout. The bartenders and restaurant staff were great.

I did take out so I didn't expect much. and access from the rooms to the main lobby was a bit tricky, but I got used to it.

I only had one breakfast to go and it was okay; I am sure the sit-down breakfast was much better. The view from all the rooms had great views, and were well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant staff were awesome, and I have to mention Elizabeth, who runs the Café, and Convenience store. She was great, and was a wealth of information about the island. My awesome server (in photo below) took such great care of me, and I couldn't leave without taking a photo of her.

The roads leading up the hill were covered in trash. Most of the island was like that to be honest, but it's such a lovely place with spectacular views. It would be nice to see the roads leading there cleaner. Also, the bar area is awesome but it was a bit hot and a bit small for the number of people using it.

It's walking distance to all the shops and restaurants near the cruise port and mall, but that hill it's on is a beast. We didn't mind walking because the view from up there made it all worth while.

There wasn't anything not to like per se, other than you should expect the prices of things to be a bit higher than on the mainland USA. Some of the restaurants and attractions were closed due to Covid and also still a small amount of recovery from the hurricanes.

The location is nice, you can walk into town and down to the cruise port. it is up and down hills though, so be prepared. The food at the bar was pretty good and they had a nice selection of drinks. the pool deck and area very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The taxi service on the island is robust and we never waited longer than 3-4 minutes for a ride to anywhere.
