Property was amazing, service was good. Food was not so good for amount of money they were charging. Way over priced food. 5 star hotel needs to work on their 5 star food.

Sleeping rooms were not ready upon our designated check in time. Had to wait for additional hours to check in to our room.

The rain flooded in front the hotel and damaged my expensive shoes. She almost slipped trying to avoid the flood waters in front the hotel rooms. There were bugs all over the bed I had to knock off. The front door of the hotel was hard to open be ause the moisture made the door swell. Breakfast prices should be reduced a little bit. There should be signs going up the mountain to find the hotel. Tourist should not have to wonder which way to turn. We had to find someone to escort us up to the hotel. Deal breaker!

We enjoyed the hotel room and space. The customer service was great. The food was great. The scenery at night is beautiful.

There was issues with the room key for one of the guests in my party (initially). I found this concerning and an inconvenience for my guest, who had to go to the desk each time leaving the room to gain reentry. After speaking with management, I felt good business would have been to compensate my guest for the inconvenience and time it took to resolve the problem, however, the manager felt an apology was sufficient. I disagree. Also, the suite as beautiful as it was, didn't smell clean to me. I couldn't help but to want scented candles to override the smell of "dirt" that hits you when you first walk in. Eventually, you don't notice it, however, off putting just the same. Lastly, no receipt was offered or emailed with the itemized final costs. This has proved problematic, in that, my guests as well as myself, were overcharged for accommodations received (i.e., duplicate room charges, etc.). To that end, this is taking a while to resolve and could have been prevented with a receipt at check-out.

The location, with its private beach, views of the ocean from every room, and just the peacefulness of the environment has me lost for words (breathtaking/a spiritual experience). This was a birthday gift to myself and first trip to the islands. Can't wait to do it again.

Sat. Night was understaffed made a reservation to restaurant after waiting 2 hours in heat had to cancel dinner could have enjoyed my time doing something else was very hungry and upset.

Beach was nice room was clean Mark bartender was polite and waitress Teresa was very nice.

The room wasn't clean and they moved us to a clean room, however there was no microwave or couch. Upkeep of the resort was lacking.

Dinner staff needs more training and supervision. If they have time to sing and dance then they should devote just as much vigor to serving the guest what they ordered in a timely matter. There is nothing wrong with having a good time with the guests it is a resort< this I know but there's a time to work and a time to play they need to be taught how to do both without compromising guest satisfaction,

Breakfast was super good.The morning staff was better than dinner staff.I ate at the dinner restaurant nightly cause I didnt venture off campass and wish I had. The wait time from ordering anything including water to receiving it was rediculously long.

Mainly everything, secluded from everything being as though Saint Croix is two hours away from Saint Thomas and on the island so you needed a car to get around and the taxis were super expensive to take you a half an hour or less! Per verbalization from the staff, they are in the process of “renovating” and recouperring from the hurricanes so everything in the rooms needed to be renovated and up to date. my room switched three different times from being on a bottom floor that wasn’t appealing at all. The second rooms front door lock wasn’t working at all and when we confronted the staff about it they told us they “forgot” and wasn’t aware that it wasn’t operable so it had to be fixed and didn’t have a telephone it it for us to be able to call the main desk which led us to have to continue to walk and physically go to the office to speak with someone. The rooms were barely cleaned and up to parr and definitely could have been better overall. Even when we went to the lounge to dine the food and drinks were overpriced and they didn’t have a full operating kitchen. Also every time we asked for change for large bills no one from the lounge nor the front desk had enough money to provide for change. it was just a lot going on to get there close to 6pm and didn’t really get settled into our room until 9pm I’m the evening!

Decent aesthetic close by the beach but that is absolutely all.

Rooms!!!!! The room was dirty, dark and not like the pictures on the site! It was hard for us to stay in the room. Needs major renovations and cleaning !!!

The resort was beautiful from the pool to the beach, the staff was amazing especially Destinee (Bar), Leah (front desk) and Dave (bellboy) they were so helpful!

walked in right at 10am for breakfast (due to being on the phone all morning with airline canceled flights) and turned away. The room could have been cleaner. I found a hair on the bathroom floor that was not ours, the floors had sand, and the room was dusty. and there no resort extras like messages, ect.

The issue was the location and the overall condition of the property. The property needs a lot do renovations, it’s dated, and the power kept going out in the middle of the day. The resort is also located at the top of a mountain so there is nothing in walking distance. They have a very primitive system. Everything is written down. Bartenders used a pad to take orders and had to walk the order to the cook. The bar and the kitchen are not connected. I will most likely stay on St. Thomas next time around.

Seemed that the bar area is under staffed at times and seemed to be overwhelmed to this particular bartender. Be begin to get confused and was yelling at the customers. I assumed it was because of the amount of people that had come to the bar that evening.

The grounds are beautiful my view to the ocean was amazing. The staff was friendly for the most part.
