We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe never could get the wifi to connect. Also, the toilet would consistently make a high-pitched noise, so we had to keep the door closed. Lastly, the bathroom desperately needs an actual exhaust vent.
The location was great, 5 min to Coki Beach and Red Hook. The road is steep and winding, but it was never an issue getting around cars. The restaurants on site are great and the pools conveniently located.

Good room for the value. Close to different excursions and activities. Owner was very nice and stayed in communication with us for any problems we had.

United StatesProperty was ok, but the shortage in water and electricity made our stay a little uncomfortable. I would recommend to have some extra water in case it happens again (most of the time it happens). There were several cocks/roosters moving around the apartment. They wake up early, so they wake up the neighbors early. Bring earplugs.

United StatesWe were very close to running out of toilet paper. We stayed for 5 days so 1/2 of a roll wasn’t gonna cut it. called to ask for more and they forgot to bring it. The lights also went out on the island for about 1 hr I called hostess because I didn’t know what was going on and she told “what you calling me for”? So rude!! There was also blood along the walls, the steps and the rail leading up to the apartment.
I love the fact that the property is close to Red Hook where we could shop for groceries and go out to restaurants. It was clean and well maintained.

United StatesEverything is extremely dirty and the mattress was so old that was almost imposible to have a nice sleep. There's no air conditioning, necessary after a hot day at the beach. Too expensive for what it is. I do not recommend it, it was not a good experience.

Beautiful location, but with no restaurant we had to leave the property to get food. Terrible information about how to get there and find our condo. System of numbering condo's has no order.

United StatesThere were small ants/termites all over the walls and counters, with some even being on us while we slept. Also the apartment was not particularly clean, with there being an outlet ripped out of wall, no Internet, broken lamp, and broken deadbolt. You are right next to the parking lot and with the shutter windows that do not fully close, it can be quite noisy in the morning/at night. Unfortunately the walking path to Margaritaville was underwater too, with us being more or less isolated on this resort unless we called a taxi.
Waterside bar was fun, and there is a small nature trail with beautiful views nearby with a nice restaurant and pool next to it. The unit had a nice shower.
